They do not pay suppliers. Please do not do business with them. We are currently waiting for payment on our invoice which is 10 months overdue.

Fantastic shop full of independent sellers! Didn't even know it existed until just walking in to see what it was all about! It's like an in person etsy shop, it's really cool and full of great hand made things! You guys need to advertise better! Google and Facebook!! Lived in Chester 3 years and I've only just found out about this place! It's a hidden gem!!!

I joined ThriveGB earlier this year as a seller after they called and invited me to sell in their store on a commission only basis. This meant that my products would be stocked in their shop and they would pay me for what sold- minus their commission (50%).Things went badly from the start. Their paperwork was not clear so I requested clarification on what I was to invoice. This was confirmed at their end and so I invoiced them. The invoice due date came and went and they didn’t pay. I had to chase this up several times and they eventually paid. The next invoice was sent to them on 4th April with a due date of 4th May. This date came and went and despite chasing, and chasing, and chasing, they still didn’t pay. I had to resort to telling them to send my stock back to me and removing me from their sellers list. Another invoice was issued for more sales which was also not paid on time. Finally on 26 May they paid the invoice that was due on 4th May. In the mean time they had sold more of my products as they hadn’t returned the stock when I asked them to. I invoiced again and made the invoice immediately due as they were such bad payers. This was due at the beginning of June and still hasn’t been paid. It’s now June 14th.I have now started receiving emails from Mark at Thrive telling me that the figures they have been sending me through are incorrect and they claim to have overpaid me… but the stock they have returned does not reflect this claim.Over the few months that I have been selling through ThriveGB my sales have been approx £30 a month (very low for what I was expecting), their communication has been almost non-existent and they have been extremely late in paying every single invoice. In addition to me now receiving emails saying their figures were actually inaccurate makes me wonder if they have the money to pay any of their suppliers at all… and where the money from our sales is actually going, as it isn’t coming to us when it should be.I would not recommend ThriveGB to any supplier.

Upon seeing a supplier review, I have decided to write my own.We are a family run wholesale bakery in Ellesmere Port (Swiss Chalet Bakery). Thrive have reached out to us back in November 2021 asking for supply on their opening day. They have ordered stock which came to a total of £965.46. As a small family run bakery we were over the moon with this order, until issues started to arise with payment...After a month I have started to chase up payments. Only 1/3 was paid off after 2 months. No further payments have been made by February so had to chase again. Mark from Thrive has then asked me if a payment plan could be made (remaining balance over 3 months), which I agreed to. Only one payment has been made.It is now July 2022, it's been 8 months since we supplied them and there is still £400 outstanding with no intention to pay.I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to any suppliers, big or small. Unless you can afford to not get paid.

This store is lovely but the management are ruthless, do not supply or buy as they do not pay their small local artisan businesses, they don't reply to emails or even show any remorse for what they do, feel free to contact me if you are in the same situation as we have a long list of people affected...

An absolutely amazing pop up shop selection with a good variety of food, fashion, furniture and beauty products with alot of them focussed on upcycling and ecological solutions. The cafe located at the rear of the establishment is also a must check out aspect with a great selection of quality produce and drinks. These are the places we need to support.
