Lead The Way Canine Care

I was referred to Louise at Lead the Way Canine Care by the lovely Kate at Dog Days Emporium. I had been telling her about the fear and anxiety my Chihuahua Peggy had started to show as an older puppy. We’ve had some 1:1 training sessions and are participating in Louise’s weekend group walks. I can’t praise Louise enough for her professionalism, knowledge and focus. She understands the dogs and is patient in her instruction (both with the dogs and the owners)! I was nervous as a first-time dog owner but her expert guidance has helped both Peggy and me to grow in confidence. She has helped me to communicate with people approaching Peggy in public to manage expectations. Peggy has become less triggered in busy environments and is now enjoying her walks. Sometimes we were only making minor adjustments but they made all the difference. We took part in loose lead walkingand recall training on a one to one basis and also attended several group walks with Louise at Lead the Way. I learned how to manage my overly excited Cockapoo more effectively. The training and advice I received was helpful. It was very good value for money too.
