I love this company. They have done everything right, the hairpin legs i wanted were out of stock but they emailed me when they were in stock, simple but effective way of retaining customers. I bought two sets, they didn’t look correct so sent them back free of charge and got full refund within two days. Again they do things correctly at this company. Bought three more sets and they are perfect. The colour is lovely the quality is incredible and they look superb. I will recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues they are brilliant. The customer service team respond the same day, I dealt with Elena who again was brilliant.I would ignore any poor reviews, this was a blip, this company know how to deal with customers and know how to run an online business. Well done to all the employees you are doing a fantastic job.

Good quality. Simple and exactly what I needed. Shame you can't buy them separately as I needed an odd number but now I can just dream up other things to do with my spare legs!

EDIT: The owners responded to my email very quickly to let me know that the damage I found is extremely uncommon. Not only do I appear to have been mistaken about the replacement policy (they would have done it for free), but they've agreed to refund the cost of the legs given the level of damage. If these guys are this serious and this fast in responding to issues then you can't go wrong with them. Thanks again Adam.OLD REVIEW: I bought some black-finished, heavy duty legs recently and noticed a lot of scratch marks across all 4 legs. The finish is completely removed in some sections (see attached pics). Its been over 30 days since I got them because I was waiting for the desktop to arrive and I'm not too keen on paying the non-refundable shipping charges to wait weeks for another set so I guess I'm dealing with them.Not a huge deal but for almost $140 I expected better quality than this. Shop at your own risk.

Just perfect! We've used the 86cm countertop legs 12mm 3pins zinc finish for our kitchen peninsula project, our countertop is 170x96cm so it was needed something really sturdy and they just work out perfectly!

Very happy with the quality of the hairpin legs. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but can’t fault the quality or the service. Well done Hairpin co - I’ll be a return customer. One small suggestion would be to consider wider slots as opposed to screw holes to allow for inevitable expansion and contraction of wood as it adapts to new humidity in new homes!Thanks

We bought a table with brass legs and couldn't be happier. It's solid and looks fantastic. They could charge a lot more for a table of this quality!Oh yeah, and really fast delivery.Thoroughly recommended!
