Ordered an advent calendar, didnt come when it said it would on the 30th Nov. Received an email saying it would be later due to delivery / stocking issues. Then when quizzed got a reply saying it had been delivered on the 30th!! Why send the email saying they had issues then?? Needless to say havent received the present and now no answer on the phone lines and also no response through emalis either for a refund!!!! What a joke of a company!!!!!

Although not entirely the fault of the company. I received the product too late which was disappointing as we weren’t able give it to the recipient on time. Therefore a very unhappy experience. I contacted the company to be told they would refund the postage. No where near enough effort in my opinion. When I ordered I was not informed of the delay.

So far, a pretty terrible experience. Ordered a vase from them as a birthday gift, it was sent out promptly (great!) however when it arrived it was smashed to pieces. There was nothing on the box to indicate it was fragile glass so no wonder it got thrown about by Royal Mail. Obviously tried calling, tried live chat, but there is nobody available to answer either of these services which is really poor. Emailed several times with photographic evidence as suggested on their website but yet to receive a response. The 70th birthday this was for is next week and I have no idea if they’ll be sending a replacement

Scam company. Take your money, don’t fulfil your order and then provide no way of contacting. The help line is never answered, the online chat never works and there’s no meaningful response to email. Avoid.I ordered a Tipsy Tree advent calendar. The wine is yet to arrive despite paying extra for shipping.

I ordered personalised champagne flutes and when I received them the stem was broken on one. I have since sent two emails and have had no response.I tried the live chat which isn’t active and got a message telling me to email and I would receive a response within 24 hours! I very much doubt it as my two previous emails have gone unanswered.Poor service. Will not be ordering again.If this gets read, please contact me.

Purchased a gorgeous customised Prosecco bottle to celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary - It came out perfectly! x Ordering was quick and easy, and it delivered at on the correct date at the time they said they would. I was amazed. Will definitely order again.

I now see why there are so many ratings of 1 for this company. Ordered a personalised glasses case for my wife to be, which arrived and was found to be faulty. Customer services said they could not provide a replacement (why? when you just sent me one I ordered) but stated they would initiate a full refund to me within 3 days. 2 weeks later and no response from my follow up email today (what a surprise), so it’s a good job I paid with my credit card which will ensure I receive the refund back for my insured purchase. Well done ‘getting personal team’ you have just alienated me and the 200 staff who work under me who I will tell about this experience in my store, of one of the largest companies globally that I work for as a Manager.Great way to do business!!!

I have ordered several times for Christmas & Birthday gifts for overseas delivery. Never had a problem. The order form is easy to fill in. Customer service was excellent both online & by phone. The items were delivered on time, even next day delivery which is great. All the gifts were exactly how they should be. It's choosing a gift that's the hard part as they have a vast amount of products. Highly Recommend.

Really it should be NO STARS but it wouldn't let me post my comments without giving at least one star. My Order Receipt ID #60205291, ordered on 2nd December has never arrived. It was for a personalised indoor mat which I had paid £4.99 for Express Delivery. I have tried on several occasions to contact you by your Chat Line and phone but response was always 'there was no one available'. Have also emailed you a few times but have never had a response. I am very, very disappointed and am now out of pocket by £27.93. I must add that I have never had problems with past orders I have made with you, so if someone can look into this and contact me it would be much appreciated.

Trying to get through to this company to explain how you've received an order is impossible. On the website it's all good but no replies from emails and no chance they'll answer the phone. Yes I received the order but the quality of a personalised photo on my diary is shocking..... How I'm meant to give this as a gift is beyond me.It would be good if you could contact me please
