Regus - Milton Keynes Atterbury Lakes

Good points: Nice offices and staff. Good cafe and a nice location. A range of office sizes and flexible contracts when you're just starting out. A nice place to bring guests with a community meeting room.Bad points: The mens toilets were constantly smelly, blocked, out of order and leaking. And the company constantly look for ways to put your fees up or charge for hidden extras. They recently started charging for the parking and issuing £100 fines if you forget to pay.They charged us £291.40 restoration fee when leaving our 2m square office which they say ensures that your office is restored to its original condition

My experience with Regus Atterbury lakes has been smooth and fantastic throughout. Very nice and professionally maintained office with all facilities available from car park to coffee.Nice and peaceful location, really helps get through the busy day. Erica and Magda at the reception are always available and ready for help when required.

Whilst the facilities at Atterbury Lakes are fine, with nice offices and really good meeting rooms; the benefit of being here is that you can park easily which is great for when clients visit, and unusual in Milton Keynes! However, the greatest advantage that Regus Atterbury has over any other serviced office I have used is the centre staff: Paula, Salome and Sharon are the best ambassadors for Regus with their charm and professionalism. I rely on good point of contact with my clients, and they surpass this every time.

The staff and the building are amazing but...Avoid Regus like the plague. Hidden fees, shady area managers that are constantly trying to scam you, and lack of communication through and through. You are told one thing, sign the agreement, and then completely other things happen.If you think I am lying or exaggerating, just search Regus scam" on Google

Easy to find, parking prices amazing! 2hrs cost me 75p!! Lovely clean building, cafe area in foyer.

Regus is a virtual office space available on rent for companies holding seminars, interviews and business meetings with built in facilities of reception, room space and mini cateringat Atterbury, Milton Keynes. The building is surrounded by bounty of nature , lot of greenery and is well connectedwith motor ways.

I would say the facilities and building could do with a facelift as it is feeling a bit dated.But the staff are in my opinion are first class.Steve is very helpful and does the best that he can do within his remit, he also goes above and beyond and is very helpful.Paula that has been there since we moved in and goes above and beyond her duties. Should be awarded for her customer service and ability to solve problems when the centre is clearly understaffed. She is also very friendly, professional and in my opinion an asset to your company!If Regus actually reads these reviews, You as a company need to employ more staff as you cant expect such few staff to continually maintain a large building as it is very busy and I think your staff would burn out as the old saying goes If you burn the candle at both ends....."So my advice would be to acknowledge the excellent staff you have and maybe hire some more to support them and the centre.There is also a new receptionist Salome who always has a bright smile and very friendly and helpful.By the way

My experience of serviced office spaces has been quite limited, but I would say that Regus has been the best so far. The reception staff (both Paula and Salome) are welcoming and friendly, helpful with any queries or issues that arise. The offices themselves are located very close to the motorway with plenty of parking. I cycle to work every day, and there's a couple of bike shelters to lock my bike to. The kitchen facilities are good for the most part, we could do with a microwave, but otherwise no complaints.
