Today we have just had our new blue shiny Morgan 4/4 delivered by Marc. I say new it’s actually 25 years old.It’s a crazy thing to buy a 25 year old car off a total stranger and southerner to boot, who is actually 200 miles away from you maybe too far to go and have a look and a drive, it really is a ridiculous thing to do made worst when you are spending your wife’s life savings! So why on earth did I do it ? Firstly because I like Morgans and the one Ross had seemed to fit the bill. Secondly I spoke to Ross and got a feel for what he was like, he was almost as nervous as I was because these cars are a little quirky to say the least. He knew it was a good car and was confident about selling it but wanted to be equally confident that I was entirely happy about buying it even when I was trying to send him the money, a not inconsiderable amount, he still questioned me to make sure I was happy.So today for the first time we saw the car . We are delighted with it it’s exactly as described and looks just like it did in the videos Ross sent….all I had to do was press the triangle to see the car of my dreams.Thanks Ross it’s been a good experience, even if it was a little nerve jangling, I certainly didn’t feel pressured I’m sure we’ll have lots of good times in it and thanks to Marc for a perfect delivery. Bought a car from here and it is causing me problems till this day. The problems that existed then still exist now. Electrical problems which have left me stranded numerous times. He must have known about this because ever since I got the car it's had problems with the windows refusing to move, the car refusing to turn on, the start stop has never worked. When I've asked to return the car within the first 2 weeks he outright refused and dealt with the situation in manner which deterred me from contacting him. Honestly I haven't gone a few weeks without having to take it to the garage. If you don't want to be depressed, avoid this place at all costs.

Today I picked up a fantastic little Honda Jazz from Carnexions. This is now the third car I have bought from them over the years and I have recommended them to several of my friends because of their trustworthiness. As always, the owner was professional. friendly and incredibly helpful - he even picked me up from the train station to take me to his showroom! The car was in mint condition and came with a full service history at an excellent price. I am absolutely delighted with yet another solid purchase and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Thought we had a great experience driving 300 miles to collect a car that we thought was perfect. The car would normally be if it hadn't just cost me. A good guy I thought but when it came to the crunch not so much. It is my wife's car, she drives it and is not mechanically minded. Drives the car 2 miles to work and 2 back. No more than 30mph on local roads. This caused the battery light to say low charge, this took 3 months. When I then drove it to work to give it a good drive I find the wheel is shuddering and pulling to the left. After a check up in kwikfit who thought it was buckled alloys I booked into a wheel specialist who took them off. Not the alloys, in turns out the tyres were 6 and 5 years old and through potentially sitting in forecourts or standing around has caused all 4 to be oval shaped. He changed all 4 at a middle range cost of £280 and now it drives perfect, in my eyes. After speaking to the garage, he won't accept this, won't accept the professional.opinion, any photos as proof and offered approx 30% back. Out of principle I did not accept. He refuses to accept the car was sold with the oval alloys, but we could not have caused that to happen, using the ONLY 1 month warranty as an excuse. That I did not know but of course 1 month warranty means they do not trust what they are selling to not have issues after 1 months then. I don't want a goodwill gesture I want you to take ownership for costs I shouldn't have to pay, and you won't do that. This is not a company I would go back to or buy from now, so be warned if you are not mechanically savey you will get nothing after 1 month when it comes to taking responsibility. I wish I didn't have to this but this is why people worry about buying cars and we travelled 300 miles to get this to find you sold us a car with oval tyres which we can prove from a specialist. I am so annoyed about this and the lack of acceptance.2nd response in reply to Ross.Talk about delays, your response to this is well over 4 months and also fuzzy memory by some of your recollection.Let me just give you the facts:All information I said were honest and based on what the garages had said.You received a text from me on teh same day mentioning a shudder on teh motorway.My wife does little miles with no speed hence she never noticed.I drove it, and felt it again, checked it out and texted you.2 weeks later, I got a wheel specialist to check it out who confirmed the tyres were the problem.You refused to accept the reasoning and offered a proportion.Out of principle I refused this.You drove the car on test drive through pot holes, like a boy racer showing off teh GO KART mode.My problem with your company is that everything I have said is factual, and you have tried to gaslight the page to say I am trying to pull a fast one and get money for nothing.I also texted you teh following morning to said my dashboard had a light on it.Not the fully checked out car you are saying it is otherwise I wouldn't have shudders or lights on.It has took you longer to write this response back than it took me to ring you, and your memory of this is very hazy based on your responses, because they are certainly not factual as mine are. I can prove with teh texts i still have on my phone.A very poor customer service here and would not recommend or ever return. This is just to inform others of your attitude and failure to acknowledge a problem that was proven to originate from your side, you just didn't want to accept it and pay out from your profits.Martin - genuine factual response

There is an instant trust when you speak with Ross. As it tanspired, true to word, he was knowledgable, friendly and very honest. He visited my home, bought the car which was invoiced and paid in minutes. I was so impresssed with him, it is very likely that I will purchase a car from his dealership soon.
