I went here last month. They did very good the design what i want.

Always go to Pink Nails. Very happy with my nails and they always last a long time. Staff are really nice and friendly.

Got shellac,guy who did it was so busy talking to his colleagues and checking his phone instead of concentrating on my nails,few hours later three of my nails broke,absolute nightmare,usually get them done in scotland but eont be back

Friend got her nails done. It took forever because the staff kept swapping and changing and doing other things. Person who filed my friends nails actually filed her finger and pulled all the skin around her nail and made it bleed. Two other ladies ended up with similar injuries too

I've been 4 times now. Depends who you get as one older guy can be really rough. He buffed my nails down until they were sore to touch, and niked my skin on 2 nails now I have cuts. I wanted a round shape and 2 of them are pointing off to a side angle. The women aren't as bad and are more gentle. Will try out the new one in Runcorn next time see if they are more gentle.

Would have given no stars if I could!!!!!Been going to this nail bar for almost 2 years. New owners I think, when I questioned where the other members of staff where I was told they are on holiday. They are awful no customer service extremely snotty, my nails where horrendous the worst I have ever had, when I questioned his technique and how he had missed things (I am not a trained nail technician but I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years)The guy doing my nails huffed and puffed, spoke in thai to the lady next to him laughing and both looking at me.It made me feel very uncomfortable. They are very rude, when I was trying to explain what shape I wanted and showed them how I had a small cut on my finger he was just staring at his phone, and he persisted to make me bleed by scratching the cut I had blatantly pointed out to him.I will never go here again, i will never recommend it to anyone, and they have also put all prices up and charge £2 extra if you have longer nails!!!I am absolutely gutted this place has gone down, here is to hoping the old owners may come back.

A young guy did my nails, was very rough, and made my finger bleed. Nails were lopsided, and too thick. Been here many times, and always been a pleasant experience. Won't be going back
