Lee, Nikki and their team were a pleasure to use. It’s scary contracting with a business to make alterations to one’s home but Nikki and Lee were so calm and helpful throughout that nothing was too much trouble and texts were responded to quickly. After seeing their work, we contracted Assured Builders London Ltd (AB) to carry out our period home two storey side extension. New kitchen, bathroom, flooring, plastering, painting, brick work, roof, foundations and glazing. There was no nonsense and the job got done efficiently, with good communication and coordination. Lee and Nikki as well as all the builders at AB are amazing at what they do and the final result and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I would recommend AB without hesitation. My project was a loft conversion on a bungalow that required the creation of a new staircase up to a landing with a separate bathroom and a large double bedroom. Assured Builders made innovative use of every square inch of the space and the whole project came out better than I could have imagined.
