Poor service. I dont go to the doctors often and only joined this surgery 9 months ago but everytime I have been there has been problems. Regularly misinformed, blood tests sent away for the wrong tests, chashing results, turning up for appointments where I am then told treatment is not due yet so can't go ahead, despite being told by doctors at that surgery that treatment is due and told to book an appointment. I feel totally let down by this surgery and would honestly not recommend it to someone that wants hassle free, simple, efficient service and health care.

Doctors are terrible at their jobs and have no care for patients

Today was elderly abuse at its finest from this surgery. If you have elderly or vunrable family members I suggest you go into the appointment with them. Let me explain WHY.My 85yr old grandad (who is allready double jabbed and booster -unfortunately) was told by this surgery he can come in for his flu vaccine. He made the appointment over the phone with another family member present and told them that he only wanted the flu vaccine and not covid booster for the boosters. He was told that wasnt a problem and an appointment was made for today.So today he went to his appointment and again he was asked if he wanted the safe and effective" booster . He AGAIN said NO. He was then told its "just one more needle" by one of the THREE "nurses" that were stood in that room today. At what point will drs and nurses ACCEPTS the answer NO?He came home upset and told said family member that he got the booster . When asked "why". My 85 yr old grandad said "there was three of them in the room and i felt preasured. I had allready said no to the booster in that appointment and again when making thr appointment ".He was preasured into getting the booster! He said so and We KNOW he was preasured

Service is very bad! You ask for one thing they come up with something else.Reception refuses to give you an appointment with the Dr even when you pregnant and your suffering from severe infections for weeks! Ridiculous! I have been calling at 8am every freaking day for the same reason and they couldn't do anything about it! When you ask something because your desperate they change their tone of voice and show attitude !Also the amount of time you do the blood test and they either loose it or put you on repeat without even notifying you what the heck is going on with it. They don’t work to help patients they jus do their job for the sake of it . Sick of being ignored.

My hubby and myself attended this practice. All female ran and that I like. Everyone seems helpful and friendly enough.

Ahhh. The wonderful Ashburn Medical Centre, where the doctors definitely don't look at you like a mental health patient if you have a diagnosis of anxiety. For months I have been telling the doctors my thyroid has swollen massively and was making me short of breath as it felt like it was pressing on my windpipe. For months this was ignored and responded to with do you think we should refer for therapy?" "What do you think about upping your citalopram?" Etc etc. Eventually after around 4 months I insisted that they examined my thyroid...what happened? Urgent referral for a scan
