I wouldnt even give 1 star.Unprofessional, scam, inproper, disrespectful.My neices party was planned weeks inadvance, this. Women demands a substantial amount of money for a deposit, with no written contract/email or any type of form as back up or legality.Her demands for upfront high amounts of money were endless. Communication, planning was all POOR.The icing on the cake is the fact that she CANCELLED the day before, stated she will refund us, then she changed her mind and said she not giving refund. Disgusting attitude.Its a shame this was the case. Avoid, id much prefer to give my child something smaller by somebody with a much better, more professional attitude and work ethic than choose this with the negligence and incompetence that comes with it

My Friend had a wedding package for her big day, it was truly lovely, would recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I experienced a fantastic service at my playschemes. I have used this company for over 3 years to host parties for different playschemes in different parts of birmingham. My party package went above and beyond to fulfil all the needs of the children. They even turned a playscheme party into a birthday party for one of the little girls who's birthday it was on the day. Thank you for your services and we look forward to you hosting our Christmas party.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!TERRIBLE COMPANY!! almost £500 deposit was paid for a children's party however owner decided to pull out 24 hours before,! REFUND was promised however, that has not been the case !To avoid disappointment ,protect your mental health , bank account and your child's happiness BOOK ELSEWEREextremely unprofessional, well by the ratings thus far that's quite evident!P.S little girls party was saved thanks to family and friends !!SHAME ON YOU !!

I’ve been using my party package for a number of years, for both my childrens parties my Birthday party and most recently my Moms Birthday. The service has been reliable & friendly over the years, which is why they are my first choice for rentals and party packages.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I experienced a party in the Birmingham area, and from that moment I knew I needed to have this service. I could have used services up here, as I live all the way in Manchester, but My Party Package, travelled all the way here, in order for me to celebrate my birthday to the fullest. And that was the best birthday I’ve ever had. Unforgettable moment, and memories I will cherish forever. They went above and beyond to fulfil all my needs and cater for my special day. So many dynamics, I’ve never seen a service like it! Thank you very much

I don’t recommend this company at all! The company is laughable! Actually, i don’t even know why I’m calling it a company right now because saying that is giving this rogue trader to much credit!I booked a party for my daughters 7th Birthdayto be let down less than 24 hours before. I booked a rodeo bull which is known to be a dangerous product, especially for a 7 year olds birthday. So because of this I asked to see the public liability insurance to ensure it had reasonable level of cover. I checked this over with the venue owner and he agreed that it needs to be increased to 5 million before this item can be used at my daughters party. I mentioned this to Rena and she confirmed she done it but didn’t show me or the venue owner proof. Instead Rena demanded the full remaining balance and gave me a time limit of roughly an hour to pay this otherwise she is withdrawing from the party!! This left me in a situation because my daughters birthday was the following day and I just felt pushed in a corner and pressured. After a bit of back and forth via text, just as I was about to transfer the money. She messaged me saying that she is withdrawing!! She asked for my details to give me a refund which was not received! Just over £450! Now ask yourself, am I wrong for asking for proof that level of cover has increased before paying the remaining balance…..??Now bear in mind that during all this I have never been provided with terms and conditions which she clearly doesn’t like to give! Also no contract was given for me to sign! Avoid this company completely and take your time out to book these things individually yourself for your party. Or find a legitimate company that is transparent and happy to compromise and work with you. ❌❌❌❌❌

Without my party package I don’t think we could of done my grand daughters birthday party. It was a last minute decision and all I did was called Rena and she sorted it all out. We just did the foodWe had the Disco dome, lights,DJ,candy floss,face painting and party gamesMy party package was excellent & I would recommend it to everyone.They have helped my friends out at short notice when other ppl have let them downCan not wait for my grand daughters birthday in March especially when all I have to do is food and invites My party package does the restThank you again to the lovely staff who are wonderful with the children and made the party complete
