Amazing service! My treatment was a simple, easy process, after around a year of Smilelign treatment, my teeth are in perfect shape. I couldn't recommend it more!

Had these aliners now for nearly 4 years to rotate 1 tooth and close a gap! Admittedly 1 of those years they were hardly worn due to covid but this is now a joke. I received mine through a dentist. After questioning why the last 3 boxes I received my teeth had hardly changed and getting no response. I've now been stung with another £250 on top of the £2250 I've already paid! This is due to me apparently not wearing them long enough. I wear them constantly and even go 15 days wearing them so I have a extra day to make sure I'm ready for the next set.I've spoken to Smilelign directly but apparently they cannot talk to me as I've gone through a dentist. They are equally unhelpful as he had his money 4 years ago so no longer interested.My advice go for a fixed brace, avoid Smilelign they'll just want more money out of you as time goes on.I'm absolutely gutted after I'd saved really hard to get my teeth straightened after years and years of hating my teeth. They are still not straight and no one willing to help.Shame on you....

I received my smilelign aligners through my dentist just over a year and a half ago and what an improvement it has made to my smile, I am so happy with the results. Definitely reccomend.

I have never been happy with my teeth and decided to go with Smileline through a dentist recommended by them. I was told that it would probably take 12 months of wearing the aligners and I was to wear them all the time. Only taking them out to eat or have a hot drink. I did as i was told and my teeth started to move quite quickly. Now 12 months down the line I have finished my treatment and my teeth look and feel so much better, I can’t stop smiling. I’m so pleased I chose to go with Smileline, the aligners were so easy to get used to and most people never knew I was wearing them.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I could not advise against this service more. I paid a fortune and although being sent 5 top aligners (approximately 10 weeks plus a few more for refinements), I’m on week 52 and not done yet. Save yourself time and money and go to Invisalign. There’s a reason these guys are known wide. Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting time and money.

Awful service. I have emailed to complain twice now and no one has got back to me to offer a refund or at least an apology for my wasted time and money. Was quoted 6 months in September 2020 and I was still back and forth for more trays that didn't move my teeth 20 months later. I just gave up in the end as my dentist and smilelign were NOT helpful at all.I was so frustrated to be given aligners that just didn't move my teeth at all and when I raised my concerns with Smilelign they just said I needed to talk to my dentist and took no responsibility at all. I spoke yo my dentist and he said he would put in the notes to make sure the next set of trays were the last ones. Yet again when i get the next set of trays they didn't move my teeth at all. They were both just passing the buck and not taking responsibility of the poor service they were providing me after spending thousands of pounds. During my treatments I moved house as well so did not live near my dentist anymore and therefor had to travel a 5 hour round trip to have these appointments and they were a completely waste of time and money.My teeth looked the same between May 2021 to May 2022 and I can provide photos. Such a waste of a year. Pay that little extra and go with a decent company like Invisalign. Please someone reply to my email/contact me so I can officially make my complaint. Thank you.
