Fitted the wrong brake pads on my bike, causing a sudden brake failure while going downhill. I complained... he said Officially they are not the correct pads but they work ok"... until they dont!"

Can't fault bike'anics atall , very helpful , all the staff knew their stuff. I had an issue with my rebound adjuster and steve had it fixed within 10 mins.Great local bike shop
