I recently had an experience with this company and, unfortunately, it left me disappointed due to a lack of transparency regarding the call-out charge. When I initially contacted them for assistance with my heating system, I assumed that the initial consultation was part of their service. To my surprise, I was later informed of a call-out charge that was not communicated upfront.While I understand that professionals in any field deserve to be compensated for their time and expertise, clear communication is essential in providing a positive customer experience. In this case, the lack of transparency regarding the call-out charge felt misleading and left me with a negative impression of the service.I would have appreciated it if they had been upfront about the charges associated with their services, as it would have allowed me to make an informed decision and avoid any unwelcome surprises. Clear communication is key in any business, and I hope that they will consider this feedback to improve their customer service moving forward.

I have no words for mr Sajid’s customer service even 5***** are less.I was stuck with boiler issue and had guests in my property he understood the urgency and attending within an hours time where others refused to come as it was weekend.Was my first time to call him but now I think I will delete all other contacts from my list. And highly recommend to others as well.Thankyou mr Sajid.

Originally called about a problem with boiler but self-diagnosed when realised pressure was low. Used the time slot for a service to the boiler.Excellent communication throughout, very personable and even checked my issue to make sure it was sorted. Highly recommended!

Very experienced and great customer service. I was quoted a new price for a boiler however when I contacted Four Seasons it happens the Chap was not only polite but a British Gas contractor who fitted the boiler for me cheaper than British Gas. Would definitely recommend, great customer service and great attention to detail...

Then I found this guy at Four Seasons Heating Ltd through a friend's reference and he immediately paid attention to our situation and kicked into action to resolve it.
