Norwich Calor Cylinder Distribution Centre - Closed to the public

I have a few Calor propane bottles as I use them for a caravan. Unfortunately this store was unable to exchange a cylinder and could not recommended anywhere that they supply that could! Whats the point in having a bottle that you can't exchange or refill?

Still not open for walk in priced cylinder exchanges while all other essential services have been open throughout. Instead wait for a grossly overpriced delivery that based on friends experiences is unlikely to be delivered on time. All other gas outlets, including calor's own sub sellers are open to the public for walk in exchanges. Why? Blatant profiteering. Not passing the recent crash in fuel prices to the customer. Typical of calor's can't be bothered, customer is nothing more than a nuisance attitude that you receive when exchanging cylinders at any other time. Now heading to flogas for the third time since March. Shan't bother ringing calor again.

Due to a reduction in availability of 6kg Propane for our motorhome/RV, which is not really Calors fault but a covid/economic/raw material supply problem we had a professionally installed & tested underslung 55ltr tank fitted. Will Calor Norwich fill this like they used to years ago.

I took delivery of a Calor refill this morning and the service I received form the store and especially the driver was outstanding. Great service on the telephone and the delivery driver was so friendly and most of all so helpful I would recommend and use again. 5 star service thank you.

Got to say the lady there did everything to help us. As we had run out of gas, they even kept the shop open to serve us as they were due to close at 15.30 we got there at 16.00 and all was ready to pick up

Drove through the city on Friday morning with an awful traffic and closed roads, just to find out that Norwich Calor Gas Centre is PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! But don't worry, you don't have to update your time tibles. Why bother??? Rubbish!!!

Been with them about ten years, always grumpy and unhelpful, will leave you standing there 5 minutes while they discuss the price of fish amongst themselves. After telling me I could get a bottle refund they refused to when I arrived. Goodbye and good riddance, have moves to Flogas and not looked back.

Shocking customer service from the Norwich branch. Almost impossible to even speak to anyone let alone get a call back! Avanti Gas have a far greater Customer service team, I'd suggest using them to anyone in the future as it appears Calor are to big for their boots!!!!
