Hope management actually read these reviews.Staff where to start? Applying make up on their face on the front counter... extremely rude / grumpy / not having a care in the world / not listening to an orderI'm guessing the attitude from one member of staff is rubbing off on the restCoffee's nice and enjoyableWhen getting a delivery you'd expect to get a token for beans as there right on the counter but never got any

Staff are consistently really rude. There used to be really friendly staff but they are really rude, have to repeat orders multiple times and they often get things wrong with orders and then accuse you of saying the wrong thing. Honestly one of the worst services I have ever had

I came here for a hot chocolate and was served by a very friendly and smiling barista named Nisha who suggested lots of good options to go with it. I had a great experience at this coffee shop

Honestly the worst Costa I've ever been to. Went a couple of years ago, and didnt really like it, but was craving a mint choc chip frape today so thought to give it another chance. The drink did not taste like mint choc chip, infact it just tasted like milk with the sporadic chocolate chip. Lesson learnt, never again.

Visited early morning on a week day. It was quiet, coffee was good (same as every Costa). It's not huge with seating for about 20 people. Service was fine, if lacking a smile but a fair atmosphere to sit and have a chat. Can park for an hour for free on the street on the opposite side of the road (even though it only says 20 minutes on the screen, when you print the ticket it lasts an hour).

It’s a small Costa and the food selection is small. They didn’t have usual menu items like other costs such as the Mac and cheese that my daughter loves. One of the staff remembers there was very blunt and rude not friendly at all

I came several times during my stay in London. A quiet, clean place with tables and chairs inside and on the terrace behind the shop. The coffee is good, the service is ok and the staff is friendly and helpful. Toilets available.

It's a nice small Costa with a three different seating areas. A large coffee to drink in is most definitely large! It was like drinking from a vase lol. We had a lovely time and it was relaxed enough to do some work.

Very nice place even when I have break from job I sit there very cooperative staff very good behaviour ladies which serve. Green tea ,tea with lachi hi and coffee is outstanding........ which I tried.... I also tried English tea today every thing is fantastic and staff is very friendly and smiling.....
