This shop is all over the place, im put off going , not enough staff always waiting for parcels and you can tell the staff arnt happy because of the lack of organisation from managing area.

So disappointed with this store. Every time I go to collect my parcels using the click & collect point. It always seems like they don’t have enough staff or they are just not prioritising this service.Today after waiting 20 minutes I asked a staff member to help me, she said she’d go get my parcels straight away only for her to go get my parcels and other customers at the same time and started handed them out before serving me even though I’d been waiting 20 minutes and I was before them.The click & collect service is meant to be a quick and easy way to get your order.Unfortunately this never seems to be the case in this store.This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Great customer service in particular from Angele and Laura in houshold dept,went above and behond to help us.Thank you both a credit to the company.

Not got a lot of stock but nice to look at.However, the men's toilet is the assessable toilet! Need more toilets at this branch Next!

Costa coffee in first floor is so dirty, really slow. I am a regular customer and lately the service has become too slow. The tables are very dirty and it is unpleasant to sit down to have a coffee

The Costa within Next at the Spring is totally Diabolical, Service is painfully slow. Tables not cleared or wiped .

I was looking for a long T-Shirt. Size range was terrible starting at about a size 6 and jumping to around a size 16. Disappointed that unable to find hardly anything I liked in a medium 10/12 size. Not good.

New premises are disappointing, if you use a wheelchair or have children in pushchairs it will be hard to navigate - densley packed and tight spaces between racks. Feels smaller than the old Colton shop, darker lighting, less choice so I dont go. And The Springs is soulless and exposed to the elements.

Had a lovely experience at this branch, was helped by a tall Asian lad who was very helpful.
