First time visiting this salon today, going from light blonde to a more natural darker blonde. I had such a positive experience. The team is SO lovely and welcoming. They ensured that they understood exactly what I was going for and used their expertise to give some very useful advice. I could tell that they really cared about being precise and wanted to ensure that I was 100% happy before leaving the salon. I am in love with my new hair and would recommend this salon to everyone. I've been a client of the salon for a while now,but today I left there amazed by two professionals, Daisy who takes care of me whit her fairy hands with body aesthetics and also the newest member of the team, Marco an excellent hairdresser, professional and attentive. Absolutely fantastic! I had a great experience at Copacabana, the team makes you feel welcomed and taken care of, my hair turned out beautiful, exactly like the reference picture I showed! They took extra care with my hair making sure there is no damage from bleaching and the colour turns out exactly as I wanted. Will be coming back ☺️
