We used FlameSafe a couple of weeks ago to install a downstairs loo and they were absolutely fantastic. The work was completed incredibly swiftly and to a high standard. Simon was on hand to answer all of my innumberable questions that I had at any time of day which was so reassuring.We will definitely definitely use FlameSafe now as our go-to plumbers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Transparent, helpful and hard working!

I have been using Simon and his team from FlameSafe for a few years now after struggling to find a reliable plumber.Cannot fault them, they have fixed my boiler whenever there is an issue, installed new radiators, shower and scheduled to renovate my bathroom in a couple of weeks.I am a very demanding customer, whatsapping, ringing etc., when I have questions about the job and Simon never fails to get back to me.I have recommended them to my co-workers who are also happy with their work.If you would like a plumber who is tidy, polite and with excellent workmanship, he is your guy. Highly recommend them.

My radiators weren't working at the start of the winter after a day of calling around very busy plumbers trying to get help and failing I called FlameSafe. I think Simon answered and suggested trying to loosen the TVR pins. He was right! Greatly appreciate the help, I was beginning to get desperate. Will certainly call again in the future if I have any problems.

Awesome service from Simon and the team. Responded really quickly when our boiler wasn't working and had us back up and runnning super quick, and didn't charge an arm and a leg despite me contacting him on a weekend. Can't recommend Simon and the team highly enough. Won't use anyone else!
