Ordered a taxi at 1200 for 1520. Taxi never turned up. If I could give no stars I would. Very Disappointed. Missed our train.

Today I booked a taxi, call handler told me 15 minute wait, I called back after 25 minute's hanging waiting on pavement, further more when I called iftekar call handler for his name he questioned why I want name, they got me late for hospital.Further more call handler radio driver saying customer " is swearing!!NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE."

My Mum ordered a taxi at 10am this morning for 3pm today, turned up 15 minutes late and she missed her hospital appointment.Had the nerve to charge her full fare. Is this how you treat your elderly customers?We won't be using you again and I hope other people don't either.

Booked Taxi to go to Airport and to be picked up when returned from holiday. Great service on Time kept informed when was on route. Very friendly and helpful. Got delayed at Airport waiting for baggage. Informed driver was told don't worry I'll be here. And he was. So 10/ 10 from me. And a Big Thank you. Will always use this Taxi service.

I'm new to City cars. Used them 3 times over the past 2 months. Cannot fault them. Fee is slightly more compared to other taxi services but its worth it for the service. Taxi's arrive promptly, full transparency with fees and drivers are polite and friendly. Confidently recommend City Cars services
