Excellent service. The guy in the store did a great job with phone. And it was repaired in less than a hour and was in excellent condition. Highly recommend this shop for everyone who are looking for a screen replacement or replacement of battery.

Excellent support from both vape shop and phone shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I felt the staff were very trustworthy and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Good value for money for vape products. I can recommend highly and we will certainly return.

Went in to ask about what was wrong with my phone, was as helpful as can possibly be and even put a screen on my phone to test if the screen was the problem for me, then guided me through all my other questions being very polite , best service i’ve ever had in a shop, tried to pay and they wouldn’t take it as they had just answered my questions but 5 star service would recommend

Great shop lots on offer, I went in with a broken mobile and after about 10 minutes left with it working again. Really professional, efficient and knowledgeable member of staff served me, would definitely use again

Great shop. Plenty of choice and staff friendly.... that is until something goes wrong. Owner is a young man with quite a bad attitude. Bought a vape off him, went to pay card, but only takes 'cash'. There is a reason for that which i will get to.As a vaper for probably longer than he has been born, i have rarely had problems with them so after a few weeks, i don't tend to keep receipts which was a mistake. My vape which i'd had 3 weeks had started firing on it's own due to an overspill on the tank. Not a single vaper alive who has never got vape juice on their vape, correct? This is very dangerous but very rare that they fire on their own due to liquid getting into the unit. Faulty design but unbeknown to me, i hadnt kept the receipt.I go to the shop to explain who then decide to offer me 30% off my next vape? Next vape? Please, someone tell me why i would buy anything there again when this matter has not been resolved.I then ring the owner who sold it me as it he wasnt in when i returned who was very rude and spoke to me like dirt. How that little man gets by is unknown to me. Seems to have good reviews and as i said, shop was decent but he as a person was rude and hasn't a clue about business. His staff member however was knowledgable, agreed with me and was very polite but sadly his hands were tied.This rude owner then decides to text me a very professional text, worded well and how you would expect a business owner to talk to a customer who had just spent nearly 100 pounds in his store, and offered me to come back to the store 4 weeks after purchase but make sure i bring the box and receipt. My fault for not keeping the receipt but if you pay by card, you are protected by a gaurantee however as i mentioned, this young man doesn't take card. He made sure i went to the cash point. Smart move indeed. The vape shop next door agreed with me and said he is wrong and my local vaoe store.I have purchased a new one for 70 pounds plus batteries for 20 pound so, 90 pound out of pocket and a broken vape up. Chances of vapes doing what mine did are very slim. It is a rare fault as they designed well today but should you be as unlucky as me, keep the receipt and dont pay cash to any vape shop in case you throw the receipt which most people do as you will lose your money. Avoid this one.

I had the best experience here. They fixed my phone in less than an hour. The prices very very reasonable for the repair and accessories. Highly Recommended.
