I booked puppy training with Caroline before lockdown, unfortunately we couldn’t have the face to face sessions so instead we trained via zoom. It’s been amazing. Not only have I taught my puppy the necessary training but Caroline has been on hand to give advice about other aspects of raising a good dog. I’ve learnt an incredible amount in 6 weeks. The online video guides & PDFs have been super helpful & having the video guides to look back on are brilliant for when you forget or need to brush up on something! Thank you so much. Can’t wait to do the follow on course - hopefully in person!

I took my Labrador puppy Quince to Caroline's class at 12 weeks old. We have just finished the 6 week course and are on our way to being a well trained dog and owner! Caroline makes the lessons fun and interesting but also makes you realise that you have to put in the hard yards every day to make things work. If you do the classes you will only improve yourself and your dog!

Just finished the 6 week puppy class with my very bouncy Labrador Retriever, Eddie.Caroline is very knowledgeable with all things dogs and is clearly very passionate about her work.We learned the basic obedience commands, worked on recall and walking nicely on the lead, as well as techniques to calm our pups which have been very useful at home!Our course unfortunately overlapped the country going into lockdown but that didn't stop us, we completed 4 weeks in physical sessions prior to this and the last two sessions were held online using Zoom. Caroline would post a lot of new video demonstrations on our Facebook page and we would use the Zoom sessions to ask any questions about the exercises or anything else puppy related which worked really well.I'd definitely recommend the puppy classes, even in these strange times it's more than possible to learn everything you need to in order to work with your pup at home and you and your pup will love it!Thanks again, we'll definitely be back for more!

having had numerous lesson with Caroline I can vouch for her professionalism and her desire to go the extra mile for her clients. My puppy has had great support from her and I will continue to use her services as my first port of call.

Caroline has a lot of experience with dog training, and gave us lots of great advice. Her main message is that training takes time and focus. She gives you the tools, but WE have to put in the work EVERYDAY! I love that she gives out prizes for different things - always keeping us on our toes! I first phoned Caroline just after we got our pup, Benji, at 9 weeks old. She was really helpful over the phone, explaining how important it is to start training a pup early, and why, and made suggestions as to what we could do before his training started. So we booked Benji onto the next available 6 week puppy course, and in the meantime had a 1-2-1 to get us started which was certainly worthwhile.The 6 week puppy course was brilliant, Caroline explained everything very well and was always happy to retrack if any of the puppy owners weren't sure, or answer any points. Excellent value for money.About 4 weeks later, I booked Benji onto a 1-2-1 Recall course with Caroline, as it was becoming obvious this needed attention. THIS course with Caroline I really would recommend. I can't commend her highly enough. To say she knows her stuff is an understatement. She certainly knows what makes a dog tick, how to get him to do what is required, and best of all Benji loved every minute.One other thing I really appreciated was how in several lessons, Caroline over-ran where she could see that Benji (more me, I suspect) would benefit, and when time allowed for her, obviously.So, many many thanks Caroline - we will be back for a refresher course - definitely!

We completed a puppy training class with Caroline. It is clear that she is absolutely passionate about her subject and we learned so much from her. Bertie, our puppy, enjoyed being in the classes and she always answered any questions that you had and helped you along the way! Would definitely recommend Caroline if you have a puppy to train. A blessing even during challenging times and cannot recommend enough - even over Zoom!We have had the puppy class, are doing the recall class and lead training. Have to tell you that they are all amazing. Caroline is able to change your perspective so that you try to understand your dog better and make his/her life so much more exciting. It just helps and cannot be recommended enough. The classes are (currently) over Zoom and remotely but this has actually for us been a blessing. Caroline corrects you in the act and gives you input as she would face-2-face and this while being at home in a non-distracting environment for your dog. The basics are learned just right so that you can go into the garden as stage 2 to ensure you’re on the path of success. I do not say that lightly as our Luna is a working cocker and a handful.Thank you Caroline for all your help during class, the support materials and videos to get us going on this new adventure as dog owners
