The fitter Keith Meldrum did a brilliant job coming up with a few solutions to unforseen problems as the job progressed.

By far one of the best bathroom showrooms around, plenty of choice for all budgets.We have used Horizons for many, many years and would not go anywhere else.Staff and service is impeccable from Neil designing bathrooms to delivery of the goods.It’s lovely to be able to speak to someone who knows about all the products they sell and gives plenty of options of design.

Couldn’t fault the staff at horizon. Get a lovely welcome when you arrive and staff go out of their way to get exactly what you need. Run out of floor tiles and they were ordered and delivered within the same week. Thank you for all your patience and help.

Spent 2 grand on a shower and after waiting 7 month for it to come the beads aren't the same as each other, they're not what I ordered or what I paid for, the black silicone on my receipt is clear. They make you feel very confident paying your money in the shop but soon as you're moneys in their pocket you're not important. Very disappointed
