Been using this car wash for several years. Always been fine but scratched my new car today. Looked like bits of grit caught in the clothes used to wipe down or dry. Several areas missed too (insignificant compared to the scratches).Several noticeable scratches on the boot lid.Will never use them again.

They caused £130 worth of damage to my new car after the boss hit the paint work with the jet wash wash gun. He told me he would pay for it and when I went to get the money he said I wasn’t getting it and phoned the police telling them I had assaulted him after they checked the cctv they found out he had told them lies to avoid paying me for his damage.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!

Not very impressed. £8 and no tyre shine. I normally used Boldon lane in South Shields and is only £5 and proper valet and tyre shine. Only went here as had some time to kill in the area. Won't be coming back.

It's OK for what you get. They're not very thorough. Always miss my wing mirrors and bottom of windows. And roof wasn't done well so once it rained my whole car was dirty again lol

We decided to have car cleaned and fro. The outset they were organised in each person had their job, this looked great! However when we reached our destination about 10 mins later, I gave the car a once over, and found front bumper r# was not cleaned as there was marks left, same goes for rear bumper area also not cleaned, I needed up doing this myself at St Mary's lighthouse car park. I hindsight I should have gotten out of car and checked before I left. I also noted that as soo as you ha e had foam spray the main chap wants the money ! Should they not ask for this at end of the clean? I also feel 8.00 is a bit steep as a taxi car wash is only 5.00 !!! I would not use these again unless more attention to looking and making sure it's clean. On a fi al note, at then end of your wash there is a tip boz that was huge, this was empty, as I feel if the lads charged less then u may get a tip but then again I fear not as they don't clean as good as they should for the price, and every one knows you the standard price is 6.00
