Sports Direct

Well i been to a few Sport Direts but no like this one i know most of them are big and you find a lot of things but this ones is a different level of a normal sport direct looks very posh very clean tidy and nice staff as the minute you walk in in make you feel you are in ones of the competitive sport shop.I have to say very well done like it everything is dive very well and make you feel very comfortable.I do recommend to check it out.And I will pop in again

Terrible customer service. Nobody knows what's going on. After waiting for someone to bring me the right size of shoes for 10 mins, got a dirty pair. Asked for a clean one, wasn't available, asked for another colour, caused complete confusion, lost patience and left without buying anything. Waste of time.

The Manager is simply amazing. Help me out with my order that i placed online to be delivered to the store and i was worried that it may not delivered on time but she was not only polite and friendly but ask me to come in opening hours so she can make a call and she was able today to help me with that order. Amazing customer service.Thanks A lot.

This store cheats with prices. NORTH CAROLINA shoes £44.99. discounted to £24.99. it's not 50% OFF. You stole £2.50 from me!

Steve went above and beyond with helping me purchase my football shirt. Seriously appreciate the amazing support by being incredibly patient and resourceful. The layout of the store is also really nicely designed! Definitely shopping here again.

One of my partners go to store. They have lots of options and its a big store. Though there out door items has few options.

Do not waste your time. They have zero staff on the upper floor. The changing rooms and tills upstairs are closed on a Saturday at 1pm.. and downstairs when i asked to use the changing room after 1hr searching for things and with no help from the staff to reach items out of reach.. I have been told i could only take 2 items inside the changing room to try.. when I questioned the guy at the till about the sign that says 3 items he laughed and said well is 2 now the policy. I left everything and walker out.. was about to spend £150 i planned on spending.. instead went to JD and ticket max and had way better experience
