never again, tried the spicy chicken burger, was overcooked reheated dry and as tough as, one bite then in the bin along with fries, staff where busy chatting amongst themselves making sure there orders got put through before leaving shift

I have just ordered from just eat a meal from you and happy meal of nuggets and fruit bag, but again no fruit bag, what person eats just four nuggets as a meal, no fries even if fruit bag out of stock. Not happy.

Need to stop employing these immigrants for Uber drivers our order took 45 minutes to come none of our order was there other than milkshakes we haven't had a refund as he put delivered and fobbed us of saying cuz maccys is closed the one in Cleethorpes will bring it blah blah blah it's happening all the time definitely never ordering from any McDonald's again

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place is often clean and tidy. You can expect a typical visit to a McDonald's restaurant the only down side is there's limited seating and although there is more seating in another section I'm not sure I've ever seen it open. At peak times it can be very difficult to get somewhere to sit and believe this could be easily solved by opening the other section.

Visited yesterday and a good 30 people waited half an hour for their food including us.There was some kind of system error but the staff didn't pick up on it (despite the huge crowd waiting) or apologise. Our food had been sitting there for 25 minutes and so when they finally called our number it was stone cold and had to be redone.During all of this, a member of staff ran out randomly to tell another person cleaning up to put on a body camera. When this lady came back out she was saying she can't wait to go home and looked utterly fed up.The restaurant is not particularly clean either. The lady on the table behind us had to leave the restaurant to find clean toilets.I know it's a fast food restaurant, but it's a shambles in there. It needs closing for a deep clean and staff definitely need some training.

Everytime a i place a order for delivery on the app there is food missing (3 meals this time). Uber Eats customer services is shocking as is mcdonalds customer services. Mcdonalds managment are next to useless

A RESTAURANT OPEN WITHOUT TOILET FACILITIES!!!!!Staff said no toilets were available for customers. The manager on duty said they do not have to provide toilets as take out only. I saw people eating inside and when ordering food eat in" was an option. I will be reporting thos matter as it is not acceptable. I think the manager of this Grimsby branch needs to know the law."

Ordered for delivery waited 3 hours kept pushing back the time ridiculous time for burger, nuggets, and fries. Then said was delivered when was not songod knows where the food went. Had the cheek to delete my review from just eat. Absolutely shambolic. Never again
