Fmg are a good fantastic car repair company. Had a car go into back of my audi , all there work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend fmg

Car repair approved by Admiral with FMG Durham. 12 weeks have now passed no action at all. Car still unprepared. Complained to both FMG Durham and FMG HQ. They seam to be ignoring my calls and emails now.Lack of communication and NO action plan to close out repairs.

Very poor communication. Not friendly or polite on the telephone. Still waiting for an actual time to carry out the work two weeks after being referred.If I wasn't forced to use them via my insurance I would have gone elsewhere already.

My car was examined after a small accident. The staff were professional and very clear about what needed to be done. They kept me informed at every stage and I got my car back in perfect condition. Would highly recommend

Had an accident (not my fault) and my insurer said that FMG were going to repair my vehicle. Took over a week to collect my car, and turned up expecting to drive my broken car to the repair centre over 25 miles away. Then had to rearrange to have it taken by recovery. Had the car for over 4 weeks and its been brought back to me absolutely filthy, the rear end got repaired and it is so filthy that i cant even tell whether the paint work is good or not. It then got driven back to me again over 25 miles, as opposed to being brought back by recovery. Polite on the phone, but very unprofessional work i cant believe the state it has been returned to me in.

FMG are really unprofessional they lost my car keys. They were instructed by my insurance company tow the car in storage as garage that doing repairs closed. They dump car in side road and lost key. They are unprofessional and lazy i would never recommend them.

Someone reversed quite abruptly into my car. My insurance referred me to FMG Bournemouth. They went out of their way to pick up my car before hours and drop it off before hours. They not only repaired my car, they cleaned it to look new. From start to finish this was a stress free experience. They worked around my work hours and fixed my car in a short 3 days. I would 100% use their services again, but I'm also hoping I never have to if it means my car gets damaged! Thanks all.

Shocking! Has an accident on the 24th Dec and STILL no updates on my car! i have called and waited forever numerous times because there communication is shocking! Tesco are just as useless no updates and they didn’t even know where my car was as FMG hadn’t communicated with them either, despite calls and emails which are never returned my car is still sat at a garage even more damaged than when I had my accident as they’ve dragged it . FMG WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY CAR???? We’re going into 3 months - is that acceptable?Is no communication acceptable?Is my car being even more damaged acceptable??
