Hand Car Wash

Really good car wash, but super busy and it is fast becoming a bit expensive.

Avoid avoid your car and yourself. During washing, they scratched my car and did not take a responsibility, even though they are not professional people and one the black person is very rude and very very aggressive person, he tried to beat me in the front of stuff.

I decided to take my Citroen Picasso to this place at it seems busy and I liked how they were cleaning the cars.I turned up and said clean inside and out . Got quoted £20 so the cheap £7 will entice you in. I thought fine. They got me in line and started to wash. It was ok till I got out of the car and started to see what they were actually doing. They miss lots of stuff and it’s all about speed. One side was better than the other. Then it started “ your car is very dirty. I told you it would need a valet blah blah blah. . I then started to pick areas that I could wipe with my fingers but I think they had enough. I wasn’t expecting for my interior to be washed but simply vacuumed and wiped down. In the end I told them you should have seen the car before quoting me and said one guy was lazy and the others were ok. They prefer people to just except it and then drive off. If I wanted to wipe it down myself then I didn’t need them. Absolute con artists.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! went in for an in and out clean. After waiting way too long, I changed to get just outside done to get out quicker. I drove out with a broken parking sensor and scratches ALL over the paintwork, ALL over the car. Their sponges and cloths must be full of grit. I'm going to have to take it to a bodywork place now. NOT HAPPY.

Really good quality clean inside and out, reasonably priced and did not take too long at busy time of day.

Went for external car wash. See below pics. When I pointed it out to the owner at the time of paying, his response was you have got too many of these and you would need a polish to take them off which will take me about an hour.When I demonstrated that these marks can easily be taken off by just wiping it with wet cloth his reply was -“you do it yourself then“. Never going back to this place again and you should avoid it too. The below pictures by the way don’t even do justice to how many marks they left on the car.Poor quality wash and a very poor service.

This car wash is absolutely fantastic. Literally the best in London on service, price and quality. The level of care and effort that Adam and his team put in is amazing.
