TUI Holiday Store

We've just been to this tui shop and saw Lisa who helped us to book another holiday all the staff are really nice and very helpful.We always book our holidays in shop for the personal touch, and will keep doing so.Thank you very much. With special thanks to Lisa.

We went to the Newton Abbot branch to book our holiday but we did have a few concerns. Once we got talking to Lisa she knew exactly how to help us and we felt confident in her professionalism! We left the TUI store feeling lighter than air! We can’t thank Lisa enough, she went above and beyond!! 5 stars are not enough, we would give 10!!!

Jo at TUI Newton Abbot is a star. We wanted to book a cruise to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. As complete novices on cruises Jo took so much time explaining and giving advice even staying after hours to get it all booked. Very happy customers.

We called into TUI Newton Abbott a few weeks ago to enquire about 3 different types of holiday and Anthea was so polite and helpful. She spent over an hour with us going through all the different options and was very knowledgeable on every different type of holiday. She sent us everything we needed to know via email and any changes we made were immediately followed up.We returned today and booked our Cruise with her and are more than happy with the price. Thank you so much for your help Anthea, you are a credit to TUI.

Joanne was so friendly, informative and patient. There were 5 adults and 3 separate bookings to Mexico but she took her time with each booking, ensuring we had the correct discount and giving us lots of helpful tips prior to our holiday. I hope we meet again Jo, you’re an absolute credit to the store :)

I needed a small amount of currency for my granddaughter, I went to 3 different places & was told they couldn't help as I wasn't ordering 100's. I rang TUI and the young lady said 'of course we can do that for you'. They rang me the next day to say the money was ready for collection. Thank you so much for your help. Brilliant customer service.

Lucy at Newton Abbot, was absolutely brilliant. My partner went in the day before completely lost, and she was able to suggest multiple places and holidays for what we wanted. After discussing her suggestions that evening, we were able to attend the store the next and book the holiday with Lucy. Neither of us had much experience booking holidays before and she made it such an easy and pleasant experience and took the time to explain every little thing and detail to us so we knew what to expect. She took the time to understand what was important to us and fully created a holiday and who we are and what we wanted. Lucy was able to use her personal travel experiences to help us make informed decisions, especially around flying. I can’t thank Lucy enough for all her time and help that she put into finding and booking our perfect holiday. We will definitely be booking with Tui again in the future.

Myself and my partner unfortunately had to move our holiday to next year due to an unforeseen illness. We should have flown in one weeks time. The ladies in the Newton Abbot TUI shop have been so helpful in guiding us through a potentially stressful situation and sorted it all out for us. We have booked all of our holidays in store over the past 6 years as everyone is so helpful and friendly and it’s so reassuring to speak to someone face to face. They are a credit to TUI, we always recommend them to friends and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks to all at the Newton Abbot TUI shop and of course Head Office for agreeing to the amendment.

My partner and I always book through Tui, Newton Abbot. The staff are all amazing! We have been helped by Molly, Caitlin, and this week, Charlotte helped us book a special birthday city break. Charlotte helped us find the right hotel and sorted everything. They make the whole experience so exciting and easy. Excellent service.
