Three

Travelled 40mins to get here and it was a waste of my time

Jamie was excellent. I went in with the aim of switching to Three, Jamie helped me to clarify the purposes of using my phone so to find exactly the right package for me. I think she did this & generally was just very respectful & friendly.Having dealt with EE who made me pay for phone line that has never worked for two years & have refused to make good & refund me for the two year contract, Three are definitely a breath of fresh air. I recommend this store & Jamie as a sales support advisor with no hesitation.

I went into the three store looking for help with transferring my data. I was approached by Williams with a big smile, who really went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I would recommended Williams and the Three store to my friends and the manager Lisa was also very lovely.

I recently came in to update my contract and was served by Sean. Sean was extremely helpful and very friendly, he made me feel welcome and provided an outstanding service, I was in and out very quickly and got exactly what I needed. I would 100% recommend the service I received at this store. 10/10!

Went in today to enquire about buying a phone and had a poor experience. The sales assistant helped answer my questions- he was genuinely helpful. I was undecided about the phone as it wasn't in the colour I wanted so I explained I would think about it. As I left the shop, one of the other sales assistants laughed just as I walked out of the shop. Given that there were only 4 people in the shop, 3 sales people and myself (and no-one was talking before I left) I knew that were taking the p#ss out of me. I am sure this is fairly common in retail, especially if it's been a long/slow/hard day etc, but if you're going to do it, wait until the customer is out of earshot.No wonder people are increasingly buying online when this is the experience on the high street!

I usually get good service in this place, but the 19 August at 10:15, i received an awful service from one of the women at the store. She wouldn't let me talk, interrupted all the time by saying 'let me do my job' when I was just explaining my concern and when I asked again to make sure, she said in a very rude way 'as I already told you'. My concern was very simple to address and it wasn't solved. i didn't expect such a treatment for asking a small question. I hope three trains better their staff and customers receive a kind treatment

I think Three are an absolute disgrace, and that's putting it mildly.They never ONCE looked into my concerns, and eventually giving up and changing Network, they Deliberately stalled in giving me what I needed to do so for a whole month, I had to buy another phone whilst I didn't want to compromise my main phone, in short THREE SUCKS.I would suggest anyone reading this who is a THREE customer, dump them and move over to GIFFGAFF.What a relief and better service as well.I have HAD to rate this outfit with one star because unless you rate, you cannot post your reply, that one star sticks in my craw, as they say.

Really friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful.

Not had any good experiences here, as always found staff quick to sell stuff, but very poor at helping with problems in after sales, I go as far to say a little rude actually, almost like they don't want to be there, so I found the 02 store far better
