They had to do a flower girl dress and a bridesmaid dress. They were really busy but knew how quick we needed them doing and was able to do them. The alterations were prefect and you wouldn't know they had been done.thank you

Didn't remove the stain on the jacket. They took money and didn’t return the money even half of it. I am really upset. Do not advise.

Amazing service, reasonably priced, efficient and all round great.I came to Seams and Dreams after being recommended by my sister who had a tricky silk jumpsuit altered here and received amazing service.Zaara was in the day I came in with my wedding dress that I was in love with but needed a fair bit of tlc and alterations. In the end zaara ended up taking up the hem (about 7 layers), adding sleeves, reconstructing the bust, adjusting the bodice, adding an inner layer and doing lace repairs. She also altered some of my bridesmaids dresses including constructing a complete dress to match the others where we needed a different size.Zaara was so incredibly patient with me and at no point did I ever feel rushed or like a pain with all my specific requests. She made what could have been a really stressful experience so nice and easy. She really listened and literally made the dress of my dreams and I’m so grateful.

I moved to Tamworth 1.5 years ago and needed to find a local clothing alteration service provider. I always feel nervous about using a new place as you just never know if your clothes will be ruined but I cannot fault Seams and Dreams at all! Very friendly, prompt and high quality value for money service. Have used them twice now - once to shorten 2 pairs of jeans and more recently, shortening a rather complex pleated and ruffled dress. Honestly, you can't tell that the dress has been altered at all. Thank you so much and I definitely will be using you long term for as long as I am in Tamworth!

After changing my mind about my dress I found another 2 days before my wedding, but it was too long. I contacted the store via email (it was closed by this time) Saturday night and they emailed back 15mins later saying to come by in the morning and they would see what they can do. When I arrived Sunday they were extremely understanding and promised they could get it done that day for me (even though they had other bridal fittings booked in). Few hours later they called to say it was ready to collect, it was an hour after they had closed but the seamstress was still willing to stay even later for me to try it on and check it. I didn't, I was so grateful she had managed to get it done at such short notice and trusted she had done it right. And she had, it was perfect. Amazing seamstress ❤️ thank you so much for helping make our day perfect and for being so understanding!!
