Really happy with the customer experience at this branch, especially during Covid-19. Many thanks to the team member Belal for helping and advising me on paint and adblue products for my house and car. He was really helpful as I did not have any idea with what I was looking for.

Three stars because helpful otherwise I would have given two and I will tell you why. On Sat 4th Feb 2023, I went in to ask about a lock/screws. Was told they didn't have the screws because it is an old type of lock. Fair enough. He told me it may be better to get a new lock, that way I get all the screws which I understood.However... when I showed the staff member a picture of a latch lock I have in my toilet to see if he had one (as i need one for my bathroom), why did he show me a Yale latch lock that you would use on a front door? Please don't try and sell me something the opposite of what I am looking for. I'm not stupid and have shown you a picture of what I was after so why show me something completely different?The guy was helpful enough but if you don't have something, don't try and sell me something which is clearly not what I am after and also something expensive. I respect people more who are honest and genuinely help as opposed to trying to sell you something you don't want and expensive too.On another note, they seem to have a steady flow of customers coming in so they must be well stocked. Good location for locals.

I have been into this store a number of times and the customer service each time has been excellent. The staff are friendly and patient, taking their time to advise on items which has been incredibly helpful so thank you all!

Very accessible by public transport. The service is fast and staff polite and knowledgeable. Easier way to find products than by self service. No need to go from aisle to aisle looking for stuff.

Was diagnosed when I booked my stuff online on Friday where the website says that I can pick up this item next day and men in store told me they would be receiving my order after the weekend. I don't know what to say about screwfix but definitely they need to working out to avoid situations like this in the future because peoples don't want to wasting their time and waiting for ages when they order arrives and will be ready for collection

I regularly purchase items from Screwfix. My first initial here today couldn't be more pleasing. Meeting with Nazmul who introduced me to explore more options with my account was really great. I was pleased to visit this store today and look forward to going there again. Great service!

Good standard Screwfix with helpful and friendly staff. Small parking but never full. Well stocked, I think 90% of items I have needed were in stock here and there are some alternative stores on the same estate if not in stock. Also very helpful with returns. Traffic can get bad on Tottenham Match days and at weekend mornings when there is a big car boot sale opposite at the football ground.

Best place in North London for buying tools and building equipment.Prices are competitive with purely online retailers and quality of their products is high. I usually order online on their great website which has many filters and reviews. It's ready to pick up within 5 minutes.Staff is friendly and helpful which is NOT a given in builder stores.Highly recommend.
