Clifford Burr Bridal

From my first appointment, all the team at Clifford Burr made me feel totally comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. They had a great selection of dresses in different styles and were really helpful at making suggestions and giving advice. There was absolutely zero pressure to commit to a dress and they let me have as many appointments as I needed to be sure. Everyone was super friendly and really seemed interested and excited which made it feel even more special. They were all so easy to talk to and made everything really simple and clear, going above and beyond on multiple occasions. Each time I went in it felt more like meeting up with friends than a business transaction. I cannot recommend them enough - do not go anywhere else for your wedding dress!

(This is Sophie)! I went to a couple of bridal shops before visiting Clifford Burr. They made me feel instantly comfortable and weren’t pushy at all like other places I had experienced. Becky was so amazing throughout the process and made sure I was 100% happy with the alterations. I have recommended Clifford burr to every engaged person I know!!

Such a kind, fabulous and supportive team and they really helped me feel comfortable trying dresses on. I had just had a baby, so was unsure on how the dress would fit on wedding day and they were really helpful and informative about fittings etc. The dress selection was by far the best I had seen, and I had been to a LOT of boutiques and large wedding stores. Highly recommend for all your wedding dress needs! This was the one and only shop I went to, there was a good selection of dresses, Becky ordered me a sample dress to try on to give me comfort of the fit of the dress which was great. Great advice on shoes and all round lovely experience! On the morning of my wedding I had a mild panic when my train was all creased from being in the bag and Becky (in her PJs!) Immediately sent me a video of how to steam it even offering to drive over with a steamer! Thank you so much for being fabulous!

If i could give 100 stars i would!!The ladies in this shop made me feel like one of the girls and we just had the best time, i felt soooo comfortable and beautiful trying on dresses and their professional opinion was absolutely spot on! they know the trends, they know what works with what dresses and they absolutely know how to look after their customers. I want to go back just for a girly day out but i've already said yes to the dress from them and will be back soon enough for a fitting.The shop is such a gorgeous atmosphere , so light and bright with mirrors everywhere so you can really see your dresses properly, and gorgeous decor too. I honestly can't reccomend them enough!They have made my experience one to remember and I am so grateful for them. If you are looking to try on dresses for your big day with a few friends or alone, that is your place to go, such a gorgeous selection of dresses.

I visited Clifford Burr twice in my search for a dress and had a fantastic experience both times. I was seen by Hollie I believe, she was welcoming and kind and was so patient and reassuring considering I had no idea what dress I wanted and was stuck between two very different styles! We all had a really fun time, and even though I didn't find my dress here, I did find my dream designer in a wildcard dress at Clifford Burr which led to me to finding my dream dress! I can't recommend highly enough, I'm sorry I didn't find my dress here, but I almost wish I could come back again and try on more dresses they made me feel that special and confident at Clifford Burr :)

Honestly cannot recommend Clifford Burr bridal and Becky enough they are just the best! After going to 4 other shops I was beginning to loose hope in ever finding a wedding dress that suited me but from the minute I walked in to Clifford burr bishop’s stortford it was a completely different experience! Becky and the girls were so friendly and welcoming and after talking through my likes and dislikes Becky pulled out dress she thought might work and I just knew it was the one! She really listened to what did and didn’t like about my body and found a dress that was perfect for my shape and super flattering. She helped make me feel like a princess and I honestly loved my dress so much. She also made me feel so special like I was the only bride she had to look after and every step of the way was amazing. I also bought a super stunning veil they found to complement my dress which I absolutely loved! Thank you so much Becky and all of the lovely girls At Clifford burr bridal, I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know!

Absolutely lovely experience with Clifford Burr Bridal! Becky and the team are so lovely and made me feel so comfortable when finding my dress! Came in for a fitting for my sister who did not have a clue what type of dress she wanted, and is quite particular! Becky was fantastic! She understood exactly what she wanted and what would look good. We didn’t find anything quite right on the first visit and so she invited us back to a Maggie Sottero showcase event for the new season. She persuaded my sister to try a dress that she would have previously discounted, ensuring her that she could change a few bits to make it perfect, and perfect it was! Becky then spent hours of her own time picking off glitter and sparkles to turn it into my sisters dream dress. She looked absolutely stunning on the day due to Becky and all her efforts. Can’t thank you enough! Would highly recommend Clifford Burr to anyone!

I honestly cannot recommend or thank Becky and the team at Clifford Burr enough for the outstanding experience of buying my wedding dress from them. Becky is amazing, she really knows her stuff. When I tried on the dress I thought I would like and it didn't suit me, I was really worried - and then Becky put me at ease and found a dress for me and I fell in love instantly - it was just right for me and I would say to anyone who goes to Clifford Burr to trust Becky's instincts, she will make you feel amazing! Not only that, but the selection of gowns she has to offer is so vast and diverse that I really did not feel the need to go anywhere else. The shop itself is absolutely lovely and you really do feel so special when you're there. Clifford Burr also had the great idea of altering the veil I already had (my something borrowed) to better match my dress, which I would never have thought of, and of course that was also done perfectly. The dress itself is amazing quality and I felt so special on my wedding day. The aftercare provided in terms of sorting alterations and checking you are happy was also first class from Clifford Burr.
