100% satisfied with the service I received from Christine and Emma in the Kings Lynn branch. When I called in to discuss my broadband and phone contracts Christine was very efficient and knowledgeable, she set me up with a new contract in no time at all. Christine then referred me to Emma who set me up with a cracking new phone contract saving me a lot of money. Probably the best customer service I've ever received!

Went into store to have an early upgrade. The lady that dealt with me, think her name was Charly. she was new as said on the badge but must say she was very helpful and very kind. Definitely had good customer service and when she needed help the store manager even when with customers came to help her. Definitely amazing staff!

At this awkward stage of the Covied virus, we all have to wait outside the shop. Then usually one has to return on another day. Once inside the shop the service is very good and clearly understood.

I have a phone from BT that stopped working. They advised me to contact this place for an app. Don't bother ringing. At worst no answers. At best they pick the phone up and put it straight back down. Off my radar for a new phone.

I had an appointment with Inga ...she's very knowledgeable and patient.....as always .

Lovely helpful store manager who have me a great deal of impartial advice. Honesty is a rare thing nowadays and much appreciated.

Went here today to upgrade my contract didnt want a new phone just a sim only i wasnt pushed into anything (which is rare these days). Went to also moving my partner over to ee aswell. The store manager and the lad that was in there stayed over their own time to get everything sorted. They both went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending this store to anyone that asks. I will definitely give them 100% from us.
