Doctor Tech

I used them recently to replace a broken keyboard on my laptop and fix an issue with the laptop crashing. It took a bit longer than expected (through no fault of Doctor Tech's I should point out) but they kept me in the loop with what was happening, service was excellent and the fix seems to have worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation using them again for any IT issues.

I have my laptop back from Doctor Tech today, and i am very impressed with their work. They replaced my Mac Air hinges, its cover, screen and the VGA cable. They have done a great job and for a great price. I am very satisfied. The software updates that they have done on my laptop as a complementary extra are amazing, the updates completely transformed my laptop. Very impressed by their professional service, would strongly recommend them. Great job guys. Thank you.

Cannot heap enough praise on Doctor Tech ! Not only did they sort my Mac Issue out ( very vintage Mac which Apple wouldn't touch), they did it quickly, at a very reasonable price and with such fabulous customer service. I attempted to walk to their offices and got lost as I'm not familiar at all with the Slough area. I called them and they sent one of their team out to rescue me !!!! ( Thanks again Nathan) Really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Great business run by very knowledgeable and friendly people and I can’t recommend them enough. Had a great chat with Antônio and Andrew and they were very helpful.Although I wasn’t able to arrange to get an upgrade on my 2016 MacBook Pro because this particular laptop can’t be upgraded, they were more than happy to offer great advice and answer any and all questions I had. I've been very impressed with Doctor Tech's services and I'm so glad I chose them to save my MacBook Pro. Andrew has been the most professional service provider I've ever encountered in any business. The team's knowledge is top notch, their communication clear and transparent and their prices very reasonable. Thanks to them, I now have a MacBook Pro as good as new after they have serviced and upgraded it. We are talking about a 2010 edition that has never seen service before and has slowed down to the point of unusability. I can't express my gratitude to Andrew and his team for breathing life into my beloved laptop which will hopefully go strong for another few years. Not only did they upgrade it but identified, clearly explained and fixed the cause of several issues which other companies might have simply ignored. Great service, very professional and honest. They spent with me as much as needed until we found the right solution for me (and I paid very little). Never one to write a review, but the service provided at Doctor Tech it would be rude not too. The team at Doctor Tech are fantastic, they take the time to understand your technical problems and ensure they identify the best solution at an affordable price. I'm very happy with the service and work they did on my son's computer. I rang them to discuss the problem and they gave me lots of useful info and advice before I agreed to have it repaired. They diagnosed and repaired it very quickly. They're very knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them. Great work guys!
