We recently had to step fitted to our Renault espace, the step is such a big help for my dearly beloved to get into the passenger side. The fitting of the step was carried by a very experienced engineer who did a brilliant job. We will not hesitate to use Ransomes again and highly recommended them to others. Thank you very much. This is an excellent company who take pride in their work, finding the best possible outcomes for you. They have a range of WAV vehicles, and can source the model and particular specifications that you want. If there is a problem afterwards, they are prompt and happy to resolve it - and how often can you say that about anyone these days. I would like to thank all of the Ransome team for their help.

Excellent customer service. Courteous and professional stall. Supplied with endless cups of tea as we waited a few hours while the work was being done fitting a power hoist to our car. I had a problem with securing clamps in a fixed rail in my vehicle and was expecting to have to have new rails installed. However Toby hall of Tms mobility at Bury St Edmunds recommend me to Sam at Ransomes in Ipswich. Within 5 minutes Tony worked out the problem and a solution enabling me to make the other clamps work. I am so enormously grateful to this company and cannot praise them enough. I can thoroughly trust them to work out and identify what’s needed and to carry out the work.

Thank you all so much at Ransome, particularly Amanda and Chris, for fitting our mobility scooter hoist so efficiently, particularly as the scooter we had bought was absolutely at the limit for fitting into the car! Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been helpful and pleasant, and Chris gave us an excellent demonstration, as well as being very patient with me when I was learning how to use it. I strongly recommend this firm, and you can be assured you will be very well looked after.
