It was fairly priced and I got an appointment when I wanted one. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thankfully they didn't make an pointless small talk which I hate. Would definitely go again.

Attended for first time. I have very fine thinning hair so am always worried about getting a hairdresser who understands thinning hair but I had Rachel who was great and did a excellent job in colouring and cutting my hair.Very pleased. Have booked again with Rachel. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to go for a haircut, all of the staff are very friendly and professional. I have been going here for a year now, getting my haircut by Rachel who is a very talented lady. I have never left not liking my hair and she always does my hair exactly how I want it.

Aurum Hair is a fantastic hairdressers and I would highly recommend them. Lucy, my hairdresser, is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job that I have complete confidence in her. She's a real perfectionist, and I am always really pleased with the way she cuts and styles my hair. All the other staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming too; they all understand what makes great customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.
