Over the last couple of years Sue and Claire have helped me regularly with various projects from clearing my parents’ house before sale to tidying my own attic. They are utterly reliable turning up when they say they are going to and setting to work with gusto. My job is usually to make decisions about what stays and what goes and it is very exhausting but ultimately so satisfying. I finish any day that I have spent with them feeling thoroughly refreshed. Decluttering is liberating and, in the same way as “less is more”, I find my life more manageable when everything has a home and is in its home. I used the New Leaves Home Staging service to breathe some life into a tired, unloved buy to let flat that my family wanted to sell. The brief was stage the flat without spending a lot of money.Claire and Sue re-organised the furniture, added some really low-cost soft furnishings etc organised some local cleaners and a decorator and coordinated with the photographer all under budget.I hardly recognised the flat when it appeared on Rightmove, we had a flurry of viewers and two acceptable offers within the first week of listing.Highly recommended
