Poor, very poor. Sold two part worns. One of which had been run flat, which was highlighted by a reputable tyre fitter on inspection.I requested to return the tyres and they said I was lying. Questioning my integrity rather than accepting that they, as the tyre expert, where wrong.Do not go to this place.

Customer service is good shame about product quality.

After heading up from Cornwall and realising my tyre was about to explode, I was lucky to get a part worn at a decent price fitted! Which meant we got home safely. Polite and friendly. Thank you again

Made an online enquiry about sizing and got a sarcastic response with no help.

Tyre quality is pretty good. Shame the guy running it has the attitude of a sloth. Told me he would be there by 10. Didn't turn up until 12. Said he was tired and couldn't get out of bed

Appointment made for 10.30am for 2 tires quoted £90, I thought great what a bargain! I was unsure if I was at the right place and no one was around so I called him 10 mins prior to our appointment. When he answered the phone, he said he was feeling rough and might be there for 11am. Despite the unprofessionalism I thought I give the guy a chance and waited. When I called again, a woman answered the phone instead. She suggested maybe he can be there 11.15am but no guarantee or tomorrow which was no good as I had to travel back to get daughter from nursery and I don’t live in trowbridge. Waste of a morning, travelling 25 mins there and another 25 back for nothing. No apology or anything. Quite unprofessional and have lost my future custom, would not recommend. I thought I give the guy a chance despite the negative reviews but I’ll go elsewhere. Such a shame as the price of the tires if it was done would have been great!

Don’t recommend, went for a set of tyres was confronted by a rude and sarcastic man who had previously messaged me saying it would be a £200 cash job, which included the 4 tyres, balancing them and and fitting them. He only fitted two and didn’t balance any of them. Bad experience, bad customer service and just general bad service.
