Excellent service, no issues at all, only a 5 minute drive to the airport, I'll definitely use them again.

The 1* is for the drop off, 0 stars for the collection service. I contacted the company after the mobility assistance took me directly to the collection point. (bus stop) I was luckily first in the queue as it was 12 midnight and very cold and sitting in a wheelchair you don't warm up. As myself and others with young children all waited in the queue, about 12 young Romanian men arrived and were smoking and chatting at the back of the stop. When the driver finally arrived he stopped about 20ft back from the actual stop. All the young men from the back of the queue ran forward to the minibus and started climbing in. So quickly l and others thought it was a private taxi minibus they booked themselves. However, on checking with the driver it was in fact SLAP. I explained l had rang him and was in fact first in the queue with other young families with babies but he just shrugged and got in and drove off. After waiting another 20 mins l rang the company again, just to be told they were dealing with customer returns and he hung up on me, turns out it was the same driver. Who actually took 45 mins to come back and return us to our cars without a word of an apology. Disgusting service and completely spineless driver who should have stood his ground, but to much of a coward. They have lost a long term client forever.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE.I have photos of my car before drop off- when I picked the car up there was damage to the rear left side of the bumper. I sent these to the company as per their request and they told me the damage was old and spun some tale about dirt not corresponding with the damage. My vehicle is a show spec car and I know every inch of it inside and out- the damage is not old and I have photographic evidence. I spoke kindly and patiently to the ‘manager’ who swore at me and laughed at me and called me a liar. When I informed him I would speak to my insurance he laughed again and said ‘good luck love.’ I was left shaking and feeling threatened after the phone call. Super unprofessional, unpleasant, and downright offensive. I am always polite in manner and complimented the general service many times but explained I wished to sort this amicably, which was constantly met with being interrupted and cut off.Please, please, please take heed of the reviews on here, I wish I checked them beforehand.

We've used these guys twice and both times they've been wonderful. Friendly staff, reliable and our car came back in one piece. One staff was so kind he even told us our tyres needed pumping and offered to do it for us for free before we go on the motorway as we have children. We've heard nightmare stories from other airport parking before so it's a relief to find a company who genuinely care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A+++

Never seen any planes parked here but its always busy with other vehicles.

Alan has given us an outstanding customer service from start to finish.As soon as we landed in Liverpool he called us while we were coming trough passport control. Very friendly and helpful in all aspects of the service . Good price and highly recommend , we will be back every time flying .Many thanks Alan

YOUR CAR MAY NOT BE SAFE HERE.I parked my car here for 2 weeks in July 2023. When I returned to my car it had been damaged whilst parked on the premises. I took photos and reported it immediately.However, when I phoned the car park the next day, as advised, I was told it was old damage" (which is wasn't) and completely fobbed off. The guy I spoke to refused to give me his name and put the phone down on me. It's an unprofessional service which does not provide safe parking."

Great service!I turned up and although the guy Craig was working alone and it was really busy he was still super friendly. Took me to the airport with no issues and on return I got picked up with no issues also. My car had been put down as not to be picked up until the next day so it took a short while to find my car but I understand this will have been because the guy on the Saturday was working alone.Everybody was very friendly and helpful my only negative is that I think their needs to be at least 2 people on a Saturday.

this is a budget operation for parking it was good for the pricebut not sure if it was really sercure
