Contacted Drake cleaning services for an internal clean of an industrial unit ready for tenant changeover. They arrived on time to quote and then fitted the job in between others, including working during the weekend to meet the deadline. Work completed on time to the standard agreed. Would use their services again

Great friendly and efficient service. Definitely recommend Steve to you. He cleaned all the garden, the patio and the front of the house including the drainage. He even tried to unblock my main drain for me. Very helpful and reliable. He also doesn't use bleach to clean with the jetwash, but the results were stunning.

I spoke to Drake Cleaning Services to arrange a cleaning of my carpets. The appointment was booking for 10:30 on a Tuesday morning. By 10:45, nobody had shown up. I started to worry, and tried, repeatedly, to contact the number provided. Despite leaving messages, sending an SMS, and multiple attempts at calling, I never received a response to my messages.Due to Drake's not sticking to their agreed upon appointment with me, I have been left no other choice but to find another provider for the carpet cleaning. Not the type of service I would expect, and I certainly wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone seeking a reliable carpet cleaner.Updating review to respond to the owners response - I'm most certainly in the UK. It would have merely taken responding to a phone call or SMS to avoid this review. Poor customer service.

Really friendly and their prices are amazing, almost half the price I was quoted by another company! Was on time and cleaned my carpets even better than I could imagine. For the price it's worth getting a carpet that is noticeably clean rather than suffer trying to use a RugDoctor. Would highly recommend.

Had our carpets cleaned and wow what a difference, I was absolutely amazed by the results, I would definitely recommend drakes to anyone, we were so impressed with the carpets we are having him back to do our kitchen floor and bathroom floor and cupboards, lovely friendly down to earth guy, turned up on time if not before, nice and chatty .
