Continue to call even though they have been told to remove my number. When salesman came to visit he treated me like I was completely ignorant of my own home and said he'd call back the next day and asked when my husband would be available to speak to about a quote, my 'husband' doesn't exist, its my home and my wage that would pay you. Loose the sexism and you might get more custom.

Constantly telemarketing me from an unknown number, despite asking them to delete my records. Next step is reporting for GDPR breach from these clowns.

Wouldn't bother with this company. We wanted front windows replaced. They sent a big guy with glasses around. He spent around 5 mins there with me telling him what i wanted. I asked him if he wanted to look upstairs so he can get idea what we wanted in the upstairs rooms and he said no and that he already had everything (which was strange). He said he would need to send someone else around to give us a quote. He made a point of saying when my partner was there (prob didn't like the fact she wasn't there to sell too). This was particularly weird as other companies are able to give quotes there and then. He went and I looked at other reviews who also said this company was terrible. Neadless to say we cancelled this 2nd appointment and went elsewhere. Common guys step up abit here, your rivals are far more professional!

There work is second to none but unless you want a skip left on your drive with all types looking for metal for 2 weeks after completion don't use them

Excelent service and the windows look great, fitters were very afficient.

The company you mean to leave a rewiew for is Prestige Midlands and NOT Prestige Windows LTD.As a Google Guide I request you remove negative comments as you are damaging the reputation of a legitimate business that only deals with commercial properties and NOT residential.It's a shame that Google does not monitor this flaw in the system of reviewing.Imagine if it were your business falsely being reviewed.

Asked them 3 years ago to take my number off there system and I still ask everytime they phone. And they still have the ignorant to say well while I have got you on the phone . They say they will remove my information but don't.This is harassment and displacent of data protection.

Please STOP constantly calling us asking if we would like to consider a quote! If we wanted a quote from you then we would ask for it! And as I’ve seen from a previous post regarding GDPR you are in the wrong! If you continue to keep contacting us we will report your company! I’m sick of these continuous phone calls and knocks at the door - you are constant nuisance and if and when we need such replacements we will not be using you!Please remove our details and like I said STOP calling us! This is harassment! And I will NOT be removing this post!

Curtis and Anthony did a fantastic job fitting our new windows. They were extremely friendly, professional, efficient and got all windows fitted very quickly. They had to come back to change some errors that arose from poor initial transfer of order and they never complained.Steve, the person that is apparently customer services, has got a huge disgusting, stinking attitude problem. He's rude, arrogant, self loving and really should not have anything to do with customer service. If I'd spoken with him first, I definitely wouldn't have placed the order with prestige. If you can avoid Steve, prestige do offer a quality, efficient service with the overall outcome very pleasing
