There will always be an element of anxiety when purchasing an expensive bespoke item on line through email. However, the oak stable door arrived as arranged and didn't disappoint, It's sturdy, well made and oddly these days to the correct size. As a result I would definitely use Wittswood again.

Really pleased with my new front door, it fits well to the dimensions I provided and has had many admirers already!

The product was primed and top coated (twice) before being hung.It was trimmed at the bottom to fit the frame. It was hung for 3 days and after one rainfall resulted in severe bowing and cracks at the top of the door. One night of rain should not have had such a detrimental effect. Two carpenters on site for my building work said it was badly made.Wittwood admitted straight away to an error of not having dowels inserted.They agreed to provide a replacement but asked for the faulty product to be returnedOnce they had received the faulty product they quickly back tracked on admission and refused replacement. They said they had fixed the door and it had straightened itself. It hadn't!!Consistently rude, ignored emails and 6 months after the order I am still without a product to use.

I was looking for some bespoke oak doors for a new garage I was building and came across Wittswood. They are a family business offered exactly what I was looking for at an very competitive price, so much so that I went on to purchase all of the cladding through them as well. They were a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough- thank you so much!
