Wickes Anerley

Went to Wicks Anerley this morning to buy topsoil and needed help with transporting it to my car. The staff responded really quickly to my request and they were so friendly and helpful. Although the store is a lot further than my local one, I will be shopping there in future.

I have ordered kitchen @Wickes Anerly and all was OK until after sales! I was promised date for delivery but everything came late and when it did came half of the stuff was missing, other items was damaged and some wrong items was delivered! On my receipt some items was double ordered and charged! Customer service is extremely non existing or unhelpful! Since contact with them about this issue they continued sending the wrong items and my items are still missing! I have no kitchen at the moment and my builders can't continue the work as Wickes has still not delivered the missing items!This delay has cost me so much money as my builder, electrician and plumber all could not continue with the job but need paying!The quality of the kitchen is terrible! Chips everywhere and paint work is of other sides!The worst mistake I made was getting my kitchen from Wickes. I will attach some pictures of cracked units and uneven painted doors bit honestly the pictures do not show the actual damage, it's so much worse when you see it! This is not worth the money! I should have never gone to Wickes!AVOID WICKES KITCHENS! You will spend so much and terrible customer service that don't understand the money you are losing!

I went there looking for shelves. The gentleman on the till was so helpful he understood that I had no clue about the measurements. Thanks again.

Most of staff are friendly and helpful. Lady on checkout today was way too quick to dismiss me withif it's not on display we don't have it". Luckily I asked another member of staff to check if product was in stock and it was."

Our experience with the design consultation service was very disappointing. The initial home visit was brief and we did not have confidence in the agent's knowledge of the products or services on offer. We were told to expect the designs the following day which we have never received. On attending the in-store appointment, we waited for 30 minutes to meet with the agent, who seemed to have double booked, before leaving. We are unclear on the pricing model but were told that any installation begins at £2.5k which seems limiting for smaller home design projects.

Went to wiles on Saturday and was pleased at helpfull staff especially affran who really went the extra mile to help me

I had a terrible experience with the Sydenham branch who i approached to do my bathroom. The Sydenham adviser cancelled 1st appointment due to sickness then told me i had to have a full bathroom overall as he cant price up just for bath, sink etc. He said it will cost between £7and £10k without me choosing anything and failed to provide a report despite me chasing. I asked for Wimbledon the next time so hopefully i will get a better service. Run from his branch the advisor is inexperienced and a waste of time.

I'm normally an 'online' sort of guy - so normally do click and collect.However, Wow! on this visit a very helpful sales assistant - Kay - helped me locate other items I needed. She saw me struggling with low-down large sand bags and gently pointed out the ones she was about to stock up on. And amazingly in a reverse-chivalry gesture promptly loaded them onto my trolley! Not only that but she located cement (in plastic bags"?) .....and before I could say Jack Robinson it was on my trolley. Kay can hump bags around as though they are feathers - so don't mess with Kay! And she knows her stuff.When asked for cement sealant she ascertained the correct product - which unluckily was out of stock. But that wasn't her fault.I have used Wickes and many others like ScrewStationBQFix and have never encountered such service. She has the knowledge only before experienced at JLPartnership before they changed their business model.On trying to locate the sealant

Mo and Ameena were both fantastic in helping us shape our bathroom. They gave us their undivided attention and suggestions on how to design things. We ended up going for a full kit out but very happy with the Result. Process was smooth and we had a few bits to return which was painless.
