Tracy always does just what I ask. So friendly and kind too. A lovely, relaxing environment.

Called in & had my nails done by Daisy then a long overdue haircut by Tracey the owner. Was made to feel very special by all the girls Tracey, Sharon, Maddie & finally Daisy who does nails & hair. Finished off with a coffee. Felt very safe as all wearing masks. Would highly recommend this salon. Very friendly staff & a beautiful ambience to the place, would recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for a new local hairdresser, am new to the area and my previous hairdresser was in Sudbury. She left to go on maternity leave. Top Shop is just around the corner so thought I would give it a go. Professional, friendly atmosphere. I was very pleased with hair cut. I.was nervous going to a new place. I wasn’t going to elaborate but since your basically calling me a liar I will. I came into the salon on Thursday 4th May at 10am, I was the only client in so the fact you can’t see me in your records is quite shocking! Especially with my name being uncommon but anyway back to my experience. This is my first cut since moving here 2 years ago (I usually wait until I’m in my hometown) I had a wash and cut booked. I had my hair washed which was fine but that was all, I told the lady who was going to cut my hair that I had just had a baby 4 months before and my hair was falling out and very knotty. I also explained that I was head sore, she proceeded to drag what knots I had out of my head quite roughly and didn’t hold the hair when she did come across a knot which is what normal salons do. Then after what felt like ripping my hair out I was made to stand the entire cut because my hair was past the back of the chair. I’ve since spoken to people with long hair if that is standard practice here and I’ve been told no on numerous occasions. So I will not be coming back to this salon.

Went here a couple of months ago. Terrible cut, asked for layers and thinning out but just got a straight cut along the end of my hair. No toner used on colour. My head kept getting pushed about. Very unprofessional. Would never go again. I only went because it is cheap but now i know why. Just been to another lovely hairdressers which made me realise even more just how rubbish this place is.

What a gem of a place. Lovely hairdressers. Called in for a cut and blow as my hairdressers could not fit me in until after Easter. Had such a nice time I am changing hair dressers. Lovely advice on how to grow my hair
