From start to finish David was fantastic. A full circle experience too as he actually showed us the first property we ever looked at, and after months of searching, then sold us our forever home. David couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional if he tried. The whole team are incredibly supportive and did everything they could for us to keep things smooth sailing. We viewed many properties, across a range of estate agencies, over a period of many months, during the first half of this year. And in the end it was Olivia's ability to remember us and our circumstances and requirements that led to us finally finding a suitable home that we love.Our 'Rightmove fatigue' nearly made us miss out altogether. We phoned up to view something else, and Olivia recommended we view a second property at the same time, because she remembered our requirements from a month or two previously when she showed us something else. And upon viewing the property we could see that she was right and the house she had suggested was indeed much more suitable for us than the original house we booked to view. Sometimes photos can either oversell or undersell a property.While all estate agents we came across would initially ask for a rough outline of what we wanted, they'd end up either blindly rattling through sales pitches and listing the 'benefits', or just leave us to it. And many wouldn't remember us at all when meeting us for a second time.Olivia did remember us and she remembered micro-details of our circumstances and requirements and did the best sales manoeuvre of them all - she understood and met the genuine need, rather than think it's all about convincing someone to want something. Seems obvious, but it only works when you really bother to get to know people. And remember the details about them.The subsequent purchase went through without a hitch, and whenever called into action Olivia remained helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout. And even a month after everything is completed and everyone has moved, Olivia was still more than happy to quickly assist with sorting out some other mundane issue that I'd left until way past the last minute.If you're looking to sell your house, then I'd recommend Anthony David & Co. I don't imagine I'll be selling up anytime soon, but if and when it happens, that'll be where I go. Unless Olivia's gone somewhere else - in which case I'm going there. Her boss is mad if she's ever allowed to leave. Give her whatever she wants and have her mentoring all new staff.

I recently sold my property with Anthony & David and my experience was exceptional. I was dealt with by Bo, David and Olivia throughout my process their knowledge, communication, customer service and my overall experience was made clear and easy by them and I felt supported and listened to throughout. As this was my first time selling a property I was guided through and no question felt stupid. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with the purchase of our new home through Anthony David & Co . . . specifically Olivia who is an absolute gem.From making time at the end of an evening to accommodate a last minute viewing, having the answers to all of our questions before we'd even asked them and for taking it upon herself to do a large portion of chasing for us (not to mention providing us contact details for the solicitors we used who were also beyond what we could have asked for).The MIO app to track progress of the transaction was effortless and we really appreciated having notifications on our phone to confirm when next steps had been reached.Hopefully we don't have to move again for a long while but I'd recommend Anthony David without hesitation and I would recommend Olivia to any friends I have locally who are considering selling. 5 star review without doubt.Jon & Clare.

We have used Anthony David & Co for two seperate property sales and one purchase. Going back to them for our second sale was a no brainer, as Bo went above and beyond on our first sale - reassuring us of our doubts and crucially delivering a higher sale price than we were expecting, which he then went on to repeat the second time. He clearly loves what he does, which makes all the difference.Bo and the rest of the team are always very easy to contact and extremely efficient dealing with queries or lending a hand with awkward solicitors.
