Excellent customer service especially from John, I think is right name, who went above and beyond to find some wheel bearings when the reccomended parts on the manufacturers website was not the same as on the vehicle. Even rang me back to check we now had the right parts. Thanks so much

Sold me wrong part for my car in first place their computer system needs updating or sales people need better training also could not get a exchange or return, or even goodwill gesture and then told to sell in ebay, when they have an ebay outlet as well, cost me time and money, and no part, shame really.

Ordered a foot pump via eBay which just over a month old buckled and broke the second time I used it. I contacted tms via email and eBay but the return was declined. I asked why but they (Charlotte) could not give a reason. I’ve asked why not but have had no further replies. Buy cheap buy twice. Very poor customer service.

Not a bad place to get your car parts. Small parking areas outside. to drive over payment to get to it. On the corner of a busy t section can get busy as it seems to be popular?
