I’ve been using their services for a few months to wash & dry the sheets in my house. Very happy with the service until the last few visits. I wash the exact same sheets every time yet the price went up from 16 to 20 pound. When I ask about the price rise they said the sheets had to go i large washer. Same sheets fit in the medium washer the first 4 visit. Frustrating. Young woman is very friendly all other staff seem very irritable and unwilling to discuss my query.

Wool king duvet ruined ( it had washing instructions on the label). Completely shrunk and no one informed me when it was handed back to me and neither an apology. I paid and got the “surprise” when I arrived home. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated again as I recently found what looked like toilet tissue paper all over my 'washed' clothes, therefore I have relegated them to a 3 star review.

Inside of washers caked with some gross substance. Maybe the dirtiest laundromat I’ve ever seen, and that is saying something. Everything is either broken or appallingly dirty. Expensive. Not really self-serve, you have to do everything, but with them breathing down your neck. Just wear your dirty clothes and don’t bother.
