Worst service and cheap material. I was fooled by reviews to think ajk would be good but seems they only give good service and quality to those spending more than 1 door. The fitters were patronising and botched up job and ruined my walls then had audacity to say it is how its meant to be fitted! I’m an experienced renovator and regret using them. The door also has huge gaps and cracked in cold! The indian sales guy/boss with the turban (mobile ending in 391) refused to strip and do job properly so I refused to give any more money so total wasted £600 as upvc is 2inches hanging off the wall - they wouldn’t cut to size cos lazy, huge gaps of plaster missing from my internal walls, sealant everywhere, cold draft through door cos bad quality and crack on outside door! Oh and forgot to mention he decided to do designs and colour that suited him not what i asked for!! He knew well i was a single mom and tried to take advantage of me not having full attention when fitting as i had kids to supervise! I asked for door to repaired and fix problem then will get rest of money but so far he hasn’t and as he taken most of the money i doubt he will!! I just hope karma gets you and costs you more than what you took from me! Appalling service!! Thank God i have audio CCTV to use as the whole conversation is recorded! Be aware and go elsewhere!

Naresh Khanna aka Mack, Mick, Mangha uses this company. He takes money for jobs and will tell you everything has been ordered. I personally have experienced this and know at least 3 others who he has taken money from and not done the job. This company is very aware of what he does.

Great Service from start to finish. Communication was great. The fitting team were first class. We will recommend and use again in the future.

Needed double glazing windows replacing due to condensation build up as previous suppliers materials were appalling. Visited AJK Windows for replacement and fitting, and it’s safe to say that Mr Singh and his team did an amazing job. Happy customer, will recommend.

The best service I've had from the initial quote to the finish Gurmeet has made it a easy process good honest person to deal with. Everything was perfect excellent work and end result looks like a brand new house. Very professional guys. Came out to quote on 6 sets of windows in my house. I had 6 quotes and these guys were very good on the price. In total it took 2 weeks for the Windows to be ready and then 2 days to fit. Clean fitting and punctual fitters. Just had them fitted a couple of weeks ago, but let's see how long the windows last, hopefully many many years.Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company.They fitted sliding doors in my house .They were poorly fitted with a visible gap between the doors.This has caused heat loss and freezing cold to enter the room.Having contacted them ,they took ages to respond.They were disinterested and reluctant to rectify the issue.I was informed that if an engineer was sent by them then that would cost me £175.Rectifying the problem would cost more and the 10 year guarantee did not make any difference.Seriously a totally unprofessional team.

I had a requirement of replacing 3 bay windows and also my glass in the porch. The interaction was first class. The job was 2 days and they ensured the house was safe and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took all the old windows frames and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I was happy from the quote to the end of the job. I would highly recommend and they met the lead times I was given.
