Brilliant service from start to finish. We are so pleased with the final look and the colour matches our laminate perfectly. It was so lovely to give our business to a small local Company after being let down so many times by traders who have grown so big they can no longer provide the customer service they once used to. Go local and support smaller businesses like this and you won’t go wrong.

We have just had vertical blinds fitted throughout our flat (5 rooms). The service and supply was exceptional and really reasonably priced. No fuss, no mess and a totally friendly experience. We cannot recommend Coastal Blinds too much. If you are thinking about getting blinds then this is the company to use.

Carl Richmond…. Remember that name. If I could double this 5 star rating I would. I work for Toyota Australia and customer service/satisfaction is a constant improvement philosophy… Carl at coastal blinds has this in spades. He will smash anyones high expectations, professionalism, and general politeness out of the ball park. We recently had some wooden blinds fitted to our bedroom window, fantastic standard of workmanship and at a reasonable price too! We are so happy we have booked him again for a second room. Cannot recommend more, if you need blinds, Carl is your man.

I would definitely recommend Carl at Coastal blinds, he came to measure up and showed us different options he was friendly and helped us decide what was best for us. We kept in contact whilst waiting for the blinds to be made and answered any questions I had. When fitting Carl was efficient and neat the blinds look brilliant and we could not be happier with the whole process.

The service is friendly and professional. The new blinds were sourced locally (Wigan) and are well made and look good. Every effort is made to keep everyone in the home Covid safe. Highly recommended.
