Spike’s online booking system worked very well and was simple to use. He confirmed the appointment by email. Spike arrived on time and did a fantastic job.We were very pleased with Spike’s work. He was clean and tidy.I’d have no hesitation in recommending Spike’s Gas to my friends and family.

We have used Spike over the past couple of years and I have always been extremely pleased with the service he’s provided us for our boiler, from servicing to any maintenance we required. He’s always arrived on time and completes the work quickly while also giving us an insight on what went wrong (when we needed maintenance), and always very happy to answer any questions and offer any advise. He’s our go to now for any issues that we may have in the future, and have already recommended him to family (who I know have already been visited by him)!I can highly recommend!….

I found Spike online and liked his online booking system so booked to have my boiler checked. He did a good job and was helpful and informative so he was first port of call when I wanted some old radiators changed for new smaller ones. This involved draining the system, lifting floors and amending the pipe work. He fitted me in promptly and did an excellent job at an excellent price. Cannot recommend highly enough, and will be using him for any future jobs.

I have used Spike twice, first time he fixed a problem with my boiler (that it turns out I caused) within minutes. The 2nd time he attempted to fix my boiler and was transparent at every step of testing until we decided together that a new boiler was the best way to go, then came back on a Sunday to fit it so that my family had hot water and central heating. Cannot thank him enough for slotting us in.

Spike at Heating Hero came swiftly to our rescue when our boiler wasn’t working. He came out the same day as our call and solved the problem within an hour. He was polite, efficient and very pleasant. We highly recommend Spike and will always use his firm in the future for our plumbing and heating requirements. He turns up when he says he will, does a brilliant job with a smile and leaves everything neat and tidy.

Contacted Spike to fit a boiler to replace our existing one which had broken down. Spike arranged a quick home visit to make an assessment following this up with a very speedy quote which was sent on the same day. He then arranged to supply and fit a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler within a week of his visit. He was extremely efficient and cleaned everything up at the end and unobtrusive. We would wholeheartedly recommend Spike to anyone who is looking for a gas engineer. Top marks Spike - many thanks!

Spike turned up on time, got on with the work, & completed everything in accordance with the planned schedule. Polite, friendly, & explained things clearly. The final invoice was as per the quote provided, no unexpected additional costs. Highly recommended.
